UPDATE #2: A manager at the store got in touch with me after my first update and handled everything within 24 hours of returning my call, which included a refund for the pillows. Though I wish it hadn't taken 6 months to get this all straightened out, I appreciated his timely manner and follow-through!
UPDATE #1: Changed my review to 1 star. I reached out on May 6th based on the response from the company below and 3 weeks later there is still no resolution. Someone reached out 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. This is the same frustration that caused me to write this review in the first place and apparently even a negative online review isn't enough to expedite any kind of assistance. Shouldn't have to chase down basic customer service. Will not be spending money here again.
Original Post: We had a great sales experience but ever since the delivery it’s been one frustration after another. I had a custom order for a couch and 4 pillows. I was told it would come in at the end of October and it wasn’t delivered until almost mid-December. I had ordered 2 pillows in two different fabrics and was sent 3 in one fabric and 1 in one fabric. This was at $70/pillow. I had to call 4 different times about getting this fixed; I kept being told it would be fixed and someone would call me but no one ever did. The 4th time I called I spoke with someone who said he was putting in a replacement order, that it would take another 8 weeks for that to come in and that he would email me a receipt for the order. He also agreed to a partial refund for the pillows. Never got an email and 8 weeks later I still don’t have the correct pillows. On top of it all, these $70 pillows are now completely flat and it’s only been 2 months. We had bought it that day but we had concerns on getting it delivered due to us not moving in till April 1st into our new and then also leaving the 3rd-6th. The lady we bought the couch from said that we could it delivered same week so early April, we refused and asked that they wait till the 7th. It’s now the 13… no one has called us after claiming they would, we had to call them. Our couch is still not here and the estimated delivery is April 20th! That’s a whole month! Workers need to stop lying to the customers saying it’s in stock and that delivery from buying it will be fast, it won’t… If I could go back and time and find a different place I would. Read moreI went into the Tuttle location today with my elderly mom, along with other furniture stores as well, specifically looking for a recliner for her. We were greeted and helped by Chris Brooks. I wanted to say that Chris truly went above and beyond during our entire visit. He brought us waters, looked into every option as far as different fabrics, whether the chairs could be upgraded to electric, etc. He showed us around to see everything we needed to see. He was very friendly and did not make us feel any pressure. Unfortunately none of the chairs she tried were as comfy as one at another store, so we didn't purchase here, but as we left we commented to each other we wish we would have been able to purchase from him.
