I called to schedule and they had no clue who I was because they didn't take a name. I arrived and told her I had an appointment. She asked if I'm paying with cash or card. I said card and she replied "no card" ONLY CASH! This should've been told on the phone prior to my arrival! I had to go Get cash. I returned and service was started. She stopped at least 3 times to see who came through the door and tell them to come back AZ I was in session. I had to tell her if she stopped again, I was leaving! Once done she asked me if I'm giving her a tip! I tip well when it's due! She needed to glad I stayed and paid her at all! This place is a scam. Went for an hour massage. They did not even have enough people to do a massage, so I They had me wait 15 to 20 minutes in a room and still charged for that time. The time starts when the massage starts. But they said the time started as soon as I walked in the front door. And then they have the nerve to ask for some giant tip. Learned my lesson. Tried to get some if not all my money back. No luck. Folks stay away from this place. Have a good mind to call the better business bureau. Don't go this place. It's a rip off and a scam. The cost was $40 for had hour. I thought it was too much, but my unemployed son was in pain and Massage Envy didn’t have an opening so we went in. I tried paying in cash but she refused it because one of the bills had a small tear. So I gave her my credit card and she charged me $43. I signed the bill and didn’t want to add a tip.
