Columbus City Schools Central Enrollment Center — Local services in Columbus

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! And on top of that avoid any schools within the 43204 area that are Columbus public more specifically Hilltonia middle and Briggs High not only is the area shady the schools are awful! While I think some staff meaning the teachers do care and when I say some, I mean very few but the ones running the school are a complete mess and sad to say this enrollment center isn’t any better when dealing with issues I’ve been waiting FOR weeks for someone to contact me back about setting up a meeting with the principal at Briggs high school I have talked to two different people. I have left multiple emails and nothing for an ongoing issue that we have spoke to Briggs high school several times about that that’s why I reached out to this enrollment center thinking it would get me somewhere since they have control over that stuff so at this point please point me in the direction of who I can speak to that will actually get something done if anyone will get anything done for that matter. The Columbus Public school system is a joke and I’m so disappointed that our kids are subjected to this particular unfortunate education on a daily basis Do better...

My granddaughter is on a list to go to another school she's been number 5 seems like forever. Trying to find out if you do home school until she get in do the other school. Can't really get a good answer if she be thought out of the choice lottery for Ohio public School??? if she does the online school until she is called. For the public highschool that she wants to attend. Things are so frustrating. Especially when you ask the administrative that is over the high school that she does not want to go to questions. So do I let her home school, or send her to school she doesn't want to go to. Will she get kicked out of the public school lottery. I just want my granddaughter to go to a ( safe and secure School). I don't want her first day to be the last time being confronted and bullied threatened and all over the internet and showing a bad event. And being told what will happen when she come. How is it there is never an operator no one ever answers the phone then when you drive down there they give you an even harder time or tell you can’t do something, we’ll had you answered the phone I can have my questions answered. Columbus is just failing all around and no wonder the children don’t want to work and have bad customer service cause the adults in Columbus that work for the school system don’t want to work and have bad customer service. I bet when you call any other district enrollment center they at least answer the phone Columbus is a terrible school district and this is why everyone is removing their children out or having to used different addresses to get their kids in a different district this is the worst.
