Every aspect of my experience with Carioti Jewelers has been an absolute 10/10. I would recommend anyone to Carioti Jewelers knowing full heartedly they will be treated fairly and with the upmost care.

Where to begin... I don't have much experience with jewelry and when I decided to propose to the love of my life, I was very intimidated by the ring shopping process. Luckily, Silvia was there to take care of me. She took the time to go through all aspects of what to look for in a diamond and helped me decide what values were most important to create the perfect ring.

Every visit throughout this process was so enjoyable. The whole Carioti team is so welcoming; I didn't even feel like I was going to a jewelry store rather visiting family. Silvia was even kind enough to give me her contact information so I could reach out to her with questions that she would promptly answer. Silvia hand picked the perfect diamond and helped me customize the band to create a timeless, yet unique ring that I knew my to-be-fiancé would love! They have several financial options that made it super easy to afford. They went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed before I proposed.

I was referred to Sylvia Carioti last year by my insurance agent when my 20-year-old diamond solitaire engagement ring needed repair after a break in the band. I was beyond happy with the repair, the price, and most of all, Sylvia's customer care. She spent quality time with me, truly listened, and offered me more than one option--giving me her honest opinion that if it was her she would replace the entire setting. I ultimately chose not to because of current budget, and she performed the repair I requested while ALSO quoting me an excellent price for a new setting should I choose to do that in the future. I'm very happy with the repair and how my ring has worn since then.

I visited Sylvia again this month to take an heirloom ring of my grandmother's from 1940 and separate the fused-together diamond engagement ring and diamond wedding band to create two rings. The result was excellent and for such a low cost that it amazed me.

The Carioti family operates their business with honesty, caring, and the utmost artistic design ability and craftsmanship, providing a price that no big box jeweler can touch. I'll never go anywhere else, and my husband will soon be visiting to discuss a Rolex watch repair that Sylvia tells me they can do for about half of what we were quoted at a larger store. Unbelievable experience! I went to several of the top rated jewelry stores in the Columbus area, and although they had much to offer, CJ was hands down the best. When you walk in and sit down with this wonderful family, you’ll immediately feel at home. They are not pushy at all and are truly focused on finding you the perfect ring while respecting your budget.

On my first visit, I knew CJ would be my last stop. Sylvia was phenomenal. I showed her what I was looking for and my price range, and she went to work. She brought in several diamonds and settings just for me and didn’t charge me a dime or ask for any sort of “payment commitment.” The options she brought in were spot on. It was a tough decision, but I finally picked out the rock and setting I wanted. Three weeks later, the ring came in and it was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Stunning! And, thousands cheaper than all the other guys!

I just proposed to my now fiancée this past weekend and she has not stopped looking at her ring since. Everyone we see drools over it. She probably would have said yes even if she didn’t love me lol.

Bottom line, there’s some great jewelry stores out there, but this one is on a different level. You will not find better customer service, selection, price etc. No matter what the occasion is make sure you check this place out! Thanks...
