ClusterTruck - Columbus — Restaurant in Columbus

Due to where I lived, I wasn't able to have ClusterTruck delivered to my house. So instead, when I do want ClusterTruck, I use another address for them to deliver to. In this case, it was my church.

I had placed my order with ClusterTruck and was on my way over. My delivery driver got there before me by about 1 to 2 minutes, and I don't think they're really allowed to wait around, but I pulled up and got my food then thanked the driver. When I got home, and pulled out my food, I had noticed that the wings I got were not only bone-in wings but also buffalo flavored or something like that. It was bright orange. I had order Thai Peanut Strips, which are a darker brownish color.

I contacted ClusterTruck and told them that I had received the wrong food. Within about 5 minutes, Molly, from ClusterTruck, responded back and asked if I would like a refund or to have a new set of strips set out. I responded that I would like the strips sent out. She said ok and sent me a new tracking number. 10 minutes, and my delivery driver (a different driver) is there, handing me my bag. I open the bag and check the contents, in front of him, so that way I can make sure that its correct, while he is there. Then as I give my thanks, the driver gives me two discount tickets for orders in the future, each for 50% off.

The food taste delicious, even the tater tots, but more importantly, the Customer Service was nice and very quick to respond, and this issue was resolved quickly (within 30 minutes, including the time for me to get my food). I consider good customer service to be just as important...

Edit: In the time since writing the original review, the price of some of their items has gone up by entire dollars, while the portion size has decreased noticeably. For example, the burrito I was raving about below has increased in price by almost $3 in only eight months, and is maybe 30% smaller now. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good burrito, but it's not worth the price, especially given the inexpensive ingredients like eggs and potatoes.

Two stars is much more appropriate for the quality of food combined with very, very long delivery times (I just checked my order history, and I tend to cancel about 20% of my orders, once they hit the 1 hour mark without the kitchen even picking up the order. I literally, at this moment, received an order that took almost 2 hours on the nose from order time to delivery, when the website estimate was 55 minutes max. And I live only a few miles from their location.)

Delivery food is about convenience, and Cluster Truck only does delivery. There's nothing convenient about waiting two hours for an order, when Doordash can do it in 30 minutes.

I would encourage you to find another food delivery option.

I've ordered from here roughly 3 times a week for the past month. Forget DoorDash. It's fast, the food is cheap, the menu is huge, and it is all DELICIOUS. There is no down side.

Protip: If you like breakfast burritos, the Lazy Breakfast Burrito is the best you'll find...

To begin with ClusterTruck food (everything I have ever ordered) is absolutely delicious It arrives hot, on time and with friendly delivery people who go out of their way to make sure it is delivered on time and properly. I also love also Cluster Truck for another unusual reason. I live in Florida my son lives in Columbus. When I feel its necessary and think he needs a nice meal and also when I know he doesn't have a lot of time (he's a resident doctor) Mom orders food for him online. I make the order (lots of times I surprise him) and in the box notated just for the driver I furnish his phone number. Most times I do get a call on my number and if that's the case I can just call him. It has worked out every time I have done this (its been many now)! I know I can depend on Cluster Truck to deliver the food that I have ordered. He always loves it when he receives his care package from Cluster Truck! I also speak from experience because when we have visited him I have ordered Cluster Truck many times and I know he has also ordered food for himself too.
