Jenny's Nail & Spa — Local services in Columbus

So I normally use this place been using Vivian for the longest but she is on maternity leave so I tried out the new guy with the long black hair and no nails. The 1st time he did my nails he was awesome but this time around I don’t know if it was because the manager wasn’t there or he had a bad day but he kept complaining and speaking about me in Spanish as I corrected his RUSHED work. He then over charged me and made up his own prices as I been to this place for the last two years every 2 weeks and had these services many times. I paid it of course but I will not be returning, crazy thing is I always tip at least 10$ per service but I guess he said he was going to get his own tip.. the natural over lay looks so fat and sloppy and the gems where just threw on.. crazy thing was it was no one else waiting so I didn’t understand why he was rushing.. wouldn’t recommend because service and prices are subject to change...

This was my first time at Jenny’s and I am very disappointed. I walked in there with an inspirational picture and walked out with something that I was not happy with. A guy did my nails and I kept showing him the picture and he kept nodding his head and saying ‘Mmhmm or it’s ok.’ At one point I even ask for Gold glitter to be added to the base of my nail and he just nodding and said yes. He didn’t even measure my nails to see if they matched in length on both hands. My thumb nails are both lopsided in length. He also didn’t have me wash my hands after he filed and trapped the dust under the top matte coat which you can clearly see. After he added the ugly jewels to the wrong finger ( suppose to be ring finger) which was suppose to be black I was just ready to get out of there, especially after an hour wait and 40 min on my nails. For the $60 I paid this was not worth it and I will not be going back. My nails...

This place is great. I legit was smiling in there, which seems common amongst the other customers. I was greeted as soon as I walked in very warmly. I told them I came for a pedi and the woman showed me the options and gave me a color selection swatch vs the typical "go pick a color" directive. Sat in the clean massage chair with clean bowl and plastic put inside...will did my pedicure and it was so good. He actually was thorough compared to many rush jobs I've had, even though you pay extra smh. Not in here. Showed a quick glimpse of his other work In case I was interested, which I am just didn't come for my nails today. Definitely returning and telling a few to come over here. If you know "luxury nails" around the corner, there is no comparison with this place. I even decided on a whim to get eyebrows done by Kelly and thry...
