Great clothes, good service, and great discounts! 8/10/22 Today I experienced a whole new look inside the store. Patio furniture had been added, men's clothing had given way to a great selection of cookware and kitchen gadgets, and overall I enjoyed my shopping and the savings I got from being a Kohl's Rewards member. Try Kohl's out and have some fun! 10/14/22 Will my 30 percent off coupon, I was able to start my Christmas shopping. I found sales and marked down items galore, even the retail clothing was very reasonable. This is a good time to get a head started. 2/1/23 WOW! This was a great day to go shopping at Kohl's. Everything that was already on sale or on the 80% off racks you can now take an additional 50%. I kinda went a little crazy? My total was $486.00, but with my Kohl's Cash, I ended up paying $119.00. I know no other store that treats it's customers so well. Please check Kohl's out and see what I mean! 09/17/23 I went to Kohl's to get a security pin removed from a shirt I had purchased on Saturday. Remember to carry your receipt to prove you paid for it. I had $50 Kohl's Cash to spend plus a 20% off coupon. I bought a pair of slacks, a fleece hoodie, and 2 shirts totaling $174, but ended up paying $14?!!. Crazy huh? Usually have a pretty good experience but I was got in line in the sephoria department with my receipt and boxing hand to get my free bottle cologne. As me and my two children were staying there they asked to smell the empty sample bottle in my hand, and the lady behind the register stop what she was doing with a line full of customers, and said " Man please don't open the packages in the store that is stealing ". I told her that I was not stealing a plainly had my receipt the box the empty bottle and my car to get the free bottle of cologne. If she would stop stereotyping people because of how they were dressed or looked and did her job won't keep checking the customers out she'd be a better employee. So by the time I got to the registry she wanted to say oh I'm sorry we have a lot of theft I'm sure you do lady but I walk straight to the line and got in line with my two children and because I wasn't dressed all fancy and nice and it was a down day for me you assumed I was stealing and I had the receipt and all in my hand. Your coworker see me walk in with the receipt and looked at you crazy. That's another example of stereotyping people because of the way they're dressed or the way they look that day. I give this 1 star because 1 star is required to post. My husband and I went to purchase a comforter that was on sale for $99. Of course tax brings this over $100. I have received $10 Kolh's Cash in the mail because of a recent Christmas purchase which I handed to the cashier. She said it had already been used. I explained it had just been recieved in the mail and was not used. She said it was as far as she could tell unless I had an accompanying email. In all the years of doing business with Kohl's I have never had an email confirming my Kohl's Cash reward. So I immediately go into my emails and pull up an email I received YESTERDAY for 20% off a purchase of $100 or more. She added that to the purcgase which of course dropped my total 20%. She then told me I could not use that coupon because now my total was less than $100. At that point I was completely frustrated by the simple arrogance of this cashier. I told her to keep it. Went across the street the Bed, Bath and Beyond picked up an Ugg comforter that was on sale for $99, used a 20% coupon there and walked out 20 minutes later having experienced true customer service.
