I’ve had services done by Jake and Lisa (actual couples goals, btw) at The Gold Room Tattoo and both are so exceptionally talented, honest, hardworking, and kind. Lisa did an amazing job on my microbladed eyebrows and she did some super cute freckle tattoos as well. Both cosmetic tattoos healed so well and I have never been more confident. She is so professional and accommodating. The service is totally customizable to you and your wants. She of course will offer her professional and honest opinion based on your needs, too. Jake has done my past three tattoos, which have been different styles of tattoo. He sees your vision/inspiration and puts his own craft on it while making it completely your own style. The space itself and general vibe is so personalized, warm, welcome and cute, which is an added bonus. Free street parking - or reimbursed parking at Katalina’s - and complimentary snacks and drinks. Where to even start, this place is incredible When you walk in, the atmosphere is immediately unlike anything you'd think of in a typical tattoo shop in the best way possible. The décor and overall aesthetic of the place is very welcoming and cozy, while also looking very professional. It feels like somewhere you'd like to go to just hang out and read a book with a warm drink. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and easy to talk to as well.

I had the privilege of being tattooed by Jacob. He was super friendly and funny, and I immediately felt good about my decision. He has a very light hand and works efficiently. The whole experience was very relaxing to the point that, had I wanted to, I would have had no trouble simply falling asleep!

I got something simple this time, but after looking at some of his other work, if I ever want something bigger I know who I'll go to! I recommend checking it out, he's a very talented artist.

I’ve had services done by just about everyone who works here. Lisa is the brow master and everything she touches turns to gold. Great conversationalist— guaranteed full belly laughs the entire appointment. Jakes attention to detail on his tattoos is absolutely unmatched. Taylor is a gem and is easily the most pleasant human to be around. If you want the perfect waxing experience see Taylor or Nicole. You will not be disappointed. To top it off, Nicole and Brittany are the two best lash artists in the city of Columbus. The space is flawless. The snacks are even better. It shows beyond words how happy every person that works here is because of the customer service and the infectious energy that you experience every time you walk into this studio. 10/10.
