I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was at this salon, I'm so upset! From start to finish, it was a disaster. My nails were filed so roughly that they ended up paper thin and red underneath. My cuticles were raw and damaged after she used a drill bit on my nails, I even told her that it hurt but I was ignored. My friend's cuticles were cut by her technician and he was using his dirty NAILS to push her cuticles down, no gloves!!!
The original technician did such a horrendous job on my nails that another technician literally noticed and told her to move aside so she could fix them. That alone should’ve been my cue to leave and it only got worse from there. The gel was piled up so far under my nails (pictured below) that it made them itch and feel uncomfortable that my skin is glued to the nail. I’m seriously concerned about developing an infection or contact dermatitis because of the extreme excess of gel. Not to mention, there’s a HAIR trapped in one of my nails! (pictured below) That’s beyond gross. The nails are lumpy and misshapen—no amount of fixing would make them look better. They just look like a monstrosity. Just look at the pictures.
My friends in the parking lot said how bad they looked and I went back in to the salon explaining the situation that I was very upset. The manager or owner offered for me to get them fixed right there, but I have an important event tonight and can't sit there for another two hours. I just wanted them removed!! I didn’t want another set done because every single nail was messed up—why would I let two different techs ruin them again?! She refused to offer a refund and only remove the gel x but where would my $98 go? Into more of their appalling work? Absolutely not.
Please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else—this place is a total scam. I wish I had never stepped foot inside. They didn’t care about making it right, they just wanted to squeeze more money out of me. The nails are disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don't know what they're doing and have zero customer service. The lack of professionalism, care, and basic hygiene...
Read moreGood: The place is beautiful. Most staff is great. Services were above average. Prices are on point for spa services for the area. Easy to get to. The massage chairs are really nice. Some staff is fantastic and very caring and attentive.
Bad: Staff turnover seems to be a thing. Seems like they may need to be working on booking...My manicurist (who seems to be new) was rude to customers and to her coworkers (in front of the customers) through words and actions. She didn't really give me the indication that I was entitled to decline by manicure in the pedicure chair. It was one of the worst gel manicures I have ever gotten. One nail nearly peeled off before I even left the place. I noticed other issues (not painting the full nail, bubbling, etc) and asked to have them repainted (hoping I wouldn't have the same girl paint them.) I said I was willing to wait. My manicurist (Anastasia but I know I am spelling it wrong) was called over and clearly pissed. No apology. No acknowledgment of what happened. In fact, she was super snarky and said, "let me see what you are talking about." and then tried to argue that she painted it like that because that's where my cuticle was. I tried to be really nice and lighthearted even though it was delaying us, but she rolled her eyes and was super rude when she was done. I still tipped her well because she did do the services, but...
Read moreI came in today for a pedicure and a hand polish change for my autistic daughter. The technicians were amazing, especially with my daughter. I explained her sensory sensitivities, and they were patient and kind. The young lady who did my nails was also great.
What completely ruined the experience was the manager. The salon was empty, the owner was literally asleep in a chair, yet when my daughter (who was calm and respectful the entire time) sat next to me while I was drying, the manager loudly told her she couldn’t sit there and had the technician move us to another area. She wasn’t misbehaving or doing anything out of line. With the shop completely empty, the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. That alone is enough for me not to come back.
On top of that, the pricing didn’t match what’s listed online. It says a nail polish change is $15, but I was charged $20 just for regular polish on my daughter’s nails—no file, no cut, no gel, just color.
Lastly, forcing cash-only tips or charging extra to use a card is outdated and feels cheap, especially for a brand-new salon. Requiring customers to use an in-house ATM with added fees just makes the experience worse. In 2025, most modern salons have cashless systems without...
