Harrison Park — Attraction in Columbus

Wish I could give different ratings for the actual property separate from the staff. Staff would get 1 star and property would get 3-4 stars.

Cons When I was living there, the apartment manager Brittany is incredibly rude.  She had zero understanding of customer service and it was absolutely miserable, like pulling teeth, every time I had to ask her a question.  She was hardly ever helpful and always responded with a snotty attitude.  The fobs are constantly broken, resulting in the front door always being unlocked or being locked out all together.  The office is always closed and it is impossible to get someone to answer your phone call.  Make sure you read the lease CAREFULLY.  Upon move out we found out that buried in the lease we agreed nearly $500 of our deposit would go to common area charges..... while living here we paid for common area utilities on our utilities bill each month, which was also 100+ more per month than my new apartment even without having the air on for months at a time..

Pros The apartments are beautiful themselves, the pricing is on par for the area so relatively expensive.  Large closets, good carpet, lots of cabinet space.. in an entire year I only had an issue with street parking once.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.  Until they get a better grip on management, being a tenant of theirs will...

The two middle-aged ladies in the leasing office were extremely unorganized, discourteous, and grossly unprofessional. Their obsession with talking over the top of other prospect tenants, and all observed for that matter who were entering into the office, was appalling. They stated their company recently took over management of the complex in recent weeks accounting for our receiving different answers to simple questions based upon whom we talked to, but that doesn't consider poor personal conduct. I don't normally write reviews for things, but considering my recent experiences with Brittany and the management company, I felt compelled to write one. My entire experience has been nothing but positive, from when I first viewed the apartment to when I signed the lease and beyond.
