Check your bank account !! .I have been going to star bucks for sometime and never paid attention to my account until recently and I noticed Iāve been getting double charged or charged from star bucks and I never even made a purchase that day ..I went in to star bucks and the girl that I talk to was pretty rude I showed her the double transactions and she said thereās nothing they could do unless I can show her what was purchased and I said there just taking the money out ..She says to me (if your using the mobile app ) and I had been .they have nothing to do with that itās a 3rd party company and I have to contact customer service..So I contact them and the woman on the other end said she didnāt know why this happened but that it can happen and told me in a few days the other transactions will be back in my account that was about 2 plus weeks ago and all of it wasnāt ..fast forward this morning I wake up 4-11-23 check my account and thereās already a charge of 11.58 taken from my account and I never placed an order!!! š” I also have deleted my account, taken my cards off and there still taking money ⦠Either star bucks is stealing money from people or this 3rd party company that they use is.. either way it still falls back on them !!.. Itās starbucks responsibility to make sure the 3rd party company they use for mobile orders is reliable and honest as well as there employees ā¦Now I have to contact my bank to resolve this and who knows how long they had been taking money I started noticing money didānt add up end of march and know longer trust using there app at all. Customer service says this is rare yeah right so Rare that they keep doing it š§ ..This is absolutely ridiculous ..If ur using the mobile app monitor your account...

You can expect to not get what you ordered or expect it to be poorly prepared. We spent almost $20 on 2 coffees that we SPECIFICALLY asked for LIGHT ICE and got about 3 sips of coffee in it because they jam packed it with ice. My husband even told and showed the drive-thru attendant that both coffees were loaded with ice and we paid extra for light ice. She went on to explain why they have to put some ice in them to shake itā¦but I have rarely EVER gotten drinks with that much ice even when I havenāt ordered them with light ice. It was almost as though the barista intentionally went overboard because we ordered it that way. This is just todayās example of horrible service. But trust itās EVERY time I go to this location. Itās the closest one to me, so I tend to go if Iām in a hurry and canāt make it to the other nearby locations. But Dunkin and McDonaldās are right across the street and have better, more competent baristas.You certainly wonāt pay $20 for 3 sips of coffee. I wonāt be back...

To me, the point by to the retail stores is more favorable because it doesnāt affect the traffic on the main road. Also, the retail store access point usually has the most cars and the longest wait time. Now, the individuals coming in from the Macon Road access point donāt usually have to wait as long because āniceā people in the other access point allow them to merge in⦠This morning, I waited patiently in line for about 30 minutes and nearly got ran over by a lady trying to beat me where the 2 access points merge⦠This location really needs to do something about this before someone gets seriously hurt. I brought it to the attention of the person who took my order and he said, āWe are doing the best we can for now. Itās not Starbucks fault if people...
