Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered here for the first time on a whim through DoorDash & I was not satisfied @ all. I see the reviews & usually anything a 4.3 in stars is sure to satisfy Right..? WRONG! Stick to the places w/ a 4.4 & above. I ordered the LEANguini Lemon Parm pasta as I’m not a meant eater & when I received the food it honestly look like it had already been made well before I ordered & it was sitting out. Having it in the car to the time it made it to my house would not have it looking as DRY as it did. I’m allergic to tomato’s so I requested none. What do you think I received TOMATOES. No spinach in the pasta as listed & the noodles weren’t even tender (Under cooked need I be more specific). I was not impressed w/ this place @ all & I usually try different places, but this’ll have to be one I pass on when it comes to delivery, as it seems like directions on a receipt can’t be followed & y’all know DoorDash up charges, so why make it even worse by messing up the order… I ended up throwing the whole dish away ! Over all this place is ok. Ordered through UberEats and got the order on time. The order was correct however the food wasnt that great. My boyfriend got the Penne Rosa and a side cesar salad, i got the buffalo chicken mac, and we got the cheesy garlic bread to split. To start off the portions were good for everything except the side salad, which was basically just enough for 3 bites. My boyfriend said his penne tasted ok but the noodles were somewhat dry and there wasnt a enough sauce. I really wasnt all that impressed with my buffalo chicken mac. When i order mac n cheese, i expect it to be cheesy noodles, not just plain noodles with a pinch of shredded cheese on top. I also really dont like the fact that you have to pay extra for chicken when the dish name implies that it automatically comes with it. Wont be ordering from them again unless some serious...

Some of the staff was friendly and some were rude. One worker walked away in the middle of me explaining that there was an issue with the food. The chicken was unfortunately burned, so it did need to be remade. (I was told the grill just cooks that way. If that is the case, it totally is not the fault of the workers at all, but it should be fixed hy management/headquarters.)

Anyways, the food still came back slightly burned again upon the 2nd time. I took it home anyways because I could tell they were not trying to make it again. Also, they subbed the pasta type without asking, not a big issue but it would have been better to ask. The taste was alright, but worse than all the other Noodles locations I have been to before. The pasta was undercooked.

To be clear, I actually love eating at Noodles, but I will not be returning to...
