The overall layout of the store is confusing, but once you get it, then it's fine. The biggest reason why I'm giving this store a 2 star review is because their in-store signage SUCKS! My daughter and I were in there on Friday for a bit of a sporadic shopping trip. Several items she picked out were from racks that said they were on sale, but when we got to the register, I was told the items were not on sale. The racks we got these items off of had more than 1 of the same item, so I don't believe for a second the cashier's explanation that sometimes people put things back on the wrong rack. Heck- two of the items were from the clearance racks, and had clearance stickers on them but she said that they must have been put on there by someone else because the barcode she scanned didn't register as a sales item in the system. My daughter is 11, and was none too happy that we had to put several of the items she picked out back because of this. I could have gone ahead and paid full price, and I probably would have if there was some sort of customer service involved. She didn't even both to ask someone to check the racks, she didn't call a manager, nothing. They were rather busy, so the general vibe she gave off was I could either pay for them or get out of line. I really wanted to just ditch the entire order and take my daughter someone else- but she really, really wanted several of the items she picked so we compromised a bit, but I went from spending $122 to a final total of $70....all because she wasn't willing to check on the prices of the items in question, or because she was downright rude about it. Aside from my daughters items, I had also selected a shirt for my son that was on an end-cap in the mens section with a sign above the cap saying they were 50% off...but again- I got to the register and was told they were not on sale and that the sign above that end-cap is "just a sign" it's the t-shirts on another table towards the front (no where near that sign) that are one...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO I would ! I don’t even live in this area and have been to this location maybe 2x my entire life. My Son and Daughter in law was shopping in Hallmark for a special ornament it’s 2 doors down , I waited in my vehicle scrolling sales I seen Old navy had 50% off several items. I decided to go in. 3 customers were in the store including myself I grabbed a few kids items then grabbed a cart bc I had 3 pairs of boots to try on. I asked the associate where I could try on she said the fit room bench , I took my cart with items and 2 dresses and shirt. While I’m trying in someone has knocked on my door asking if someone is in my room I said yes. Litterally a second later someone yells “ Did you call the police on the shoplifter in the store “ I gathered my items and paid and left. I was literally watched and followed even when I went to my vehicle a short dark haired lady was staring , I waited 40 min , I wanted the police to show up and search my bags!! They never came I left ! They watch you and follow you if you are black or white!! Profiling customers is horrible I’m white and all the white workers were behaving this way except the cashier who checked me out and a beautiful African American girl who was helping me find a size. This store is in a high theft area and therefore you are judged even if you are a paying customer !! I called my cousin who has shopped at that location as well and described the same treatment from same associates!! Mind blowing !! Customer Service is Horrible!! They will never have to worry about...
Read moreThis store ordered a shirt for me to have it delivered to my home. Unfortunately I live in an apartment complex with many tenants in the building I reside. The postal says that my package was delivered on the 15th of this month. I contacted the Old Navy store and did a claim. The store literally denied my claim stating that the package was delivered. I contacted usps. They also claim that the package was delivered at my mailbox. I am a customer of Old Navy. I paid a shirt that I never received. If I went to the store a store and took something that I didn't pay for. It would be considered theft. So what is it when I pay for something and never receives it? That too is theft. And all i get is an apology and that the problem is on usps. I.DID NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM USPS. I PLACED MY MONEY IN THE SERVICE OF OLD NAVY. If I could give zero stars I would. The shirt didn't cost that much. However I feel slighted by the way in which the store refuse to return the money from an item I...
