😷IF YOU HAVE AUTO IMMUNE ISSUES, CANCER, or ANY condition that causes you to get sick easy don’t come here. (at least until things change)

We came here after seeing the ad on TikTok.. my daughter has a lung disease and auto disease 🦠 And she can get sick VERY EASY. My husband wasn’t paying attention and he handed my daughter her strawberry/chocolate cup. When I went to order mine I realized they were literally taking cash and using the register with the SAME gloves they were preparing food with. I snatched up the food from my daughter and tossed it. She got very sick 12 hrs later. Now, I can’t 100% blame them. I should have paid more attention. Cash is VERY VERY VERY dirty. So if you are touching cash and everything else and preparing food the average person would likely eventually get sick… but a small child with severe issues, she is at extreme risk. I assumed gloves and hygiene is common practice. I can’t say for sure if it’s due to them she got sick but touching food after touching cash…. It’s very possible in someone immune compromised.

I learned that I’ll have to pay close attention now when going out to establishments. Our daughter never gets to do much due to her illness, I thought this place being new they would be clean and up on their game. Nope…

We may give it another try later on. But that was a big no for me. The desserts was okay, strawberries not as fresh as I was hoping but not terrible.

Staff was kind until I mentioned my concern and I was met with a blank stare. We waited 45 min for our items. Idk… was really hoping for a more positive...

I went in blind on a friend's recommendation based on a TikTok he had seen. I ordered a small drink, a dubai chocolate, and a takmeem.

After waiting about 25 minutes and seeing 4 groups of guests come and go with orders that came in after us I finally got back in line and was told the machine that makes the takmeem was down and they needed about 5 minutes. He then handed me the drink that had been sitting in the window for nearly the whole 25 minutes while they worked on the machine. He hadn't taken the initiative to let us know what was going on even though we were sitting in the first chair no more than 10 feet directly in front of him and for the first 10-15 minutes after we ordered there was no line. As the drink orders in the window piled up (presumably for others who were waiting on food items), another person finally came out with the takmeem and we left.

Other have pointed out that, for a new business, it looks like they done a lot over the top cosmetic improvements to the space, but clearly forgotten the basics like cleaning the floors or walls. We also noticed the guy behind the counter looked like he just finished wearing his uniform to change the oil in his car right before his shift.

The food was not bad at all. I imagine the drink would have been a bit better if it hadn't been sitting out for nearly 30 minutes before I had to go inquire about it. I think with some better direction from management this place will...

I’m a bit biased I guess because I try so many places. If you’re looking for a spot like this I would look towards locally owned spots as they are way better in every aspect from this store. I bought the Dubai brownie for my birthday this year. When I visited there were two grown men behind the counter and they barely looked up at me. I was the only customer in the store. It was an online order, I had waited a few minutes past pickup time to insure it was ready before I came in and it was not. They in fact had not even started making it. One of the guys yelled to the back kitchen to make it and make it fast. He was honestly pretty rude to whoever was working back there in my opinion. But I had to stand and wait about 10 minutes to get it without even a smile or an apology. When it was ready it was handed to me in a very curt manner. The brownie itself was not a brownie. It was actually so light it reminded me of a box cake mix. And for the steep price there should have been more pistachio kataifi filling. I could have gotten way more bang for my buck and basic courtesy and kindness from literally anywhere else in columbus area that’s locally owned. This was back at the beginning of July. The men behind the counter seemed like maybe they were corporate or something sent to set up the store. So I was especially appalled by...

To the amazing team at Juicetime Restaurant, I want to sincerely thank each of you for making my friend’s birthday celebration incredibly special and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were touched by your care, joy, and effort in surprising us and making the occasion feel truly magical. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully executed, we felt surrounded by kindness and celebration. A very special thank you goes to the manager who coordinated the entire event with such attention to detail and grace. Your leadership and thoughtfulness were clearly reflected in every part of the experience. And to Anas (I hope I said your name right!), thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating such joyful, unforgettable moments for my kids. The way you connected with them and made them smile will stay with us forever. You brought happiness to their hearts, and as a parent, there’s no greater gift. Thank you again to every single member of your team. You all played a part in creating a memory that we will carry with us for years to come. Your warmth, generosity, and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, it truly meant the world to us. ā¤ļø With heartfelt appreciation, Dima

I ordered a mango mousse pastry. As you can see in the image it is extremely small, smaller than my palm. Now how much do you think this palm sized pastry cost? 7.5? 10? No! 15 whole dollars- an hour of a retail workers life! For 15 it could at least be a bigger. Now on to the flavor or lack thereof. The least worst part was the mango filling. Besides that the flavor was lackluster and disappointing. The atmosphere of the establishment should have warned me not to go in. First the outside trash was over filled and spilling onto the sidewalk. As I walked in I was hit with an unpleasant smell of strong cleaning supplies. How are you cleaning so much yet the place still feels dirty? And spraying febreeze isn't cleaning but masking. The walls were dirty. Maybe dont have white walls if you can't keep them clean. Wait time was long for a chilled pre made dessert. Anyways service was decent but hey maybe he wasn't having a good day so I can't me mad at the guy. I will not be back. And it's a shame that it wasn't any good. 15 bucks down the drain and i should have just burned it. Glad I didn't tip. Oh whoever runs the social media has great customer service. I'd give them five stars.

I finally went to the place everyone’s been talking about for their viral pastries. First off, the spot itself is super cute and cozy — definitely Instagram-worthy. Now for the downside: if you’re going to advertise these pastries so heavily, you should really have them in stock. Waiting hours for something that’s supposed to be ready to go was frustrating. As for the pastries themselves — they looked beautiful, but the taste didn’t match the hype. The mousse filling in each one was the only thing that really stood out (I’d rate it a 6/10). The fruit, though, was disappointing. The apple and pineapple tasted frozen, like eating soft ice chips. The raspberry was overly tart and sour, and the mango didn’t taste like mango at all — not sweet, just bland. The only one that was halfway decent was the peach. Overall, I spent $77, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. Cute presentation, but I’d say try at your own discretion.
