BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

I'm not sure what happened to this location - but the chicken was so bad I had to throw away my bowl after a few bites!

It tasted flakey/grainy, and had a canned chicken air to it. So badly that even the sauce couldn't help it. I couldn't believe how bad it was honestly.

I have had Bibibop countless other times and it's been incredible. I'm not sure exactly what happened or if ALL Bibibiop are now using different chicken or just this one location but it's so bad I'm scared to go back and waste money on it.

Also - the scoops of toppings are so small now! I asked for black bean and had to double it because they used half a spoonful. Then for the cheese it was even smaller! It's cheese.. come on!

For that price I could have bought a whole can of black bean and my own block of cheese... O_O

Some of the employees are rude as hell and it’s the older ones. Today the drive thru like was long so I walked in to pick up my order. The lady at the counter says you’re going to have to wait until she clears the drive thru line to get your food bc it’s an online pickup.

😒 If the line is long and people want to walk in and grab their food they can! Stop being rude and just hand them their food that they have paid for! This is the second time the employees have told me something so stupid! The first time they told me I wasn’t allowed to add extras to my bowl even if I paid for it 😂😒 do better!!!!!

Why have new menu item that customers cannot add to a cup?? Very disappointed in Bibbibop. I used to love this place but they are not as good as they were when they first opened. It's not often that I give 5 stars. I have a saying that 5 stars are reserved for Your Mum, and God(s). And rarely.... an over and above experience. My Mom doesn't work there and no deities here. So it's the latter.

Bibibop has gone above and beyond what I am seeing in the food industry. They have been coming up with new and creative ways to help delay the inevitable price increase of their food. Inside the store, they are doing small things.. like single server utensil holders, to reduce waste, and to reduce the cleanup time for their employees.

On top of that. The food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly to me. I have also noticed that , sometimes the portion is a "little" bit smaller. But this is a great trade-off for them to keep their prices down for us. Not everyone wants heaping mounds of food and gets wasted.
