We’ve been to Texas Roadhouses’ in different states and locations, and recently, we have gotten the same universal experience…. but last night at this location ruined it for us. We get sat down by some lovely people, but our server changed the experience. He takes our order. We eat on bread most of the night and as we’re waiting, loads of other people are getting sat down next to us. He takes their orders and comes back to us and asks us if we had already had our order taken…the order that he literally took for us…so after we answer yes and he leaves the table the NEXT time he comes, we ask for an ETA and he says there’s lots of food before us and that’s what he was doing when he left was checking our order. Other people around us are getting their food. Then we get ours, the salmon for my salmon salad was visibly dry and hard as if it had been sitting for a while and same for my boyfriend’s sad looking fries. We didn’t even get an appetizer that was also ordered with the food so i asked it to be taken off, since we never saw it. What bothered us also was the table of 6 who came in after we ordered and got their food about a minute after we get ours, by the same server. It was very obvious we were being ignored, so we ended the night early. I hate to say that this may be racially motivated, but considering us visiting Texas Roadhouse locations in Michigan, Tennessee, and Ohio and every time, having this same feeling and experience, it’s sad, because we loved and had a streak of visiting Texas Roadhouse until last night. Still tipped, since our money is still the same as...
Read moreThe food is REALLY GOOD but I went with my mom and we were REALLY starving 😕 that's why since I left from my house I put myself on the wait list. It is the first time that I do it on line , I use to go to the restaurant, and I think that is the best idea... I arrived to the restaurant and I let know to the lady that was in front that I've arrived, and she ask me for my name and I told her which was, she said that was going put on the system that I've arrived then she told me to wait, I had a seat with my family, I was just watching people coming in and out from the restaurant people that arrived after me...then I went for second time to ask her and she said that they were full Wich I completely understand it is a GREAT restaurant, she ask me again to wait , it happen 53 minutes and I went for THIRD time to talk to her and she now ask me to show her my text msj of confirmation and she told me that she was sorry for the confusion. OF COURSE I GOT MAD ... why she didn't say that since the beginning?? Her jobs is just to make sure that the people can be on the system or I don't know but I'm 100% sure that her job is easy ... Why she did it like that , even we said let's go and she never had the courtesy to say wait I'm going to look a table for you nothing she just start to talk with the person behind us and we were still in fronf of her ... Is this a JOKE ???? After almost ONE HOUR... We Just left and I can say THANK YOU for the lady that did us waist an HOUR...
Read moreFirst off, I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse! I have been several times in the past but my husband has never been. I only have one issue but it’s a big one to us. We ordered our food and specifically informed our server that we DO NOT eat pork of any kind whatsoever. Even reminded her to please make sure no pork is in the mashed potatoes. Well after getting and eating a few small bites of the mashed potatoes my husband noticed something in it. Unfortunately, for us, it was a small piece of pork. We immediately informed our server and she brushed it off trying to say it was a part of the potato skin. I said no, no it’s not and she looked at it again and says well it shouldnt have any meat in it, would you like to order another one? We declined and she says ok, and walks away so fast literally leaving the mashed potatoes with the pork sitting on our table. As we were leaving we asked her if she was going to bring it to the attention of the chef or someone but honestly in my opinion she didn’t seem to really care. Also, she still charged full price and we kinda felt like it was completely brushed off. Although I love this place we will not return to Texas Roadhouse again because food allergies and or food restrictions should be TOP priority at any restaurant but I...
