I recently came to this location to do a return. Mind you I’m pretty quiet and timid so I really don’t try to cause an Issue EVER just try to get in and out. The first worker that helped me out was nice… it was until her manager I believe her name was bri? She came over and was trying to help with the return and was very very passive aggressive towards me just because I asked why I could not make the return. I simply just wanted to know more, I didn’t think it would piss her off so much lol. So then I came back the second time and a different worker was quickly able to do the return but miss bri was watching over her shoulder the entire time like if I was a criminal or maybe because I’m Latina idk it was very strange. Read moreWent the HomeGoods Hilliard location about an hour prior to their closing. My business partner and I were running all over the store, setting up a lounge setting in the middle of the floor. The store associates were so patient with us and friendly. We purchased the majority of our set up that evening. Two associates assisted us in loading the sofa, ottoman and other items into our Minivans. Thank you all so much! A special shout out to Todd, who is now a true believer that all things are possible. Especially loading a sofa into a minivan!

She didn't even take the time to greet me, which is unusual for a store we frequently enjoy. This lack of courtesy was surprising and left a negative impression.
