Why a 1 star? Well the one woman I spoke to ruined it for this store. We went into this store for some products for a craft at home and we were having troubles locating a retractable tape measure. We walked around the store twice to find 0 sales associates. I finally walked by what appeared to be an office for the associates and noticed one employee just laughing away with someone in street clothes. I interrupted their conversation to ask where it was and she replied with an angry "What" and then stormed down to the aisle when the item was. We turned to advise her that it was not the product she wanted and she had already started walking away (Clearly she did not want to help us) so I asked her if she had it and she just kept walking. When we went to leave the store I called the store and asked for a manager she stated she was (What she didn't know was that I was standing outside and saw her talking to me, so I played along and talked to the manager) long story short she said would take it to the store manager. I proceed to ask for the associates name as I wanted to contact corporate she said she does not know the name of the associates names that are on the registers.... I said seriously.. now your lying to me, I am outside and see your talking to me.. I got her name "Sharon" which could have been a lie too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...

I have to agree with Michael H. I went in New Years Eve picked up a gift I had framed for $100. I was so impressed with service week prior that I brought in a small item to be framed to match my gift. Stood there for about 15 minutes, finally a young girl came out. Open my gift it was awesome! When I showed her my 2nd piece she stated "Nope cant do it". I said "what?" " No we cant use your frame." I said "you did for my 1st one" and she just stared at me. I asked "May I see the Gentlemen who did this one?" She rolled her eyes and walked away. Came back quickly said "He works Saturday" (2 days later) I said "So I need to bring this back Saturday?" No response, Asked me to sign paper. I said seriously I just want a thin matching mat and a replacement glass to match my 1st gift. Again, she replied "No you have to buy a frame here, cant use that one." I said seriously I have to come back Saturday. She shrugged her shoulders. "Well I could mat it but its going to cover up half your print?" Seriously if you dont like your job..Quit. I will be...

I would like to say I usually love the staff here I recently have gotten into my new hobby with my cricut.. I have bought Atleast $1,000 worth of items from this Michael’s store alone in the last couple months to start my business.. but recently I have been made felt uncomfortable for attempting to shop and followed out the store after I was leaving because I wasn’t getting anything at that moment. As I tell you I’m making a formal complaint as I never been treated that way here as I spend way to much money at one location.
