Highly suggest knowing the person your letting do anything to your hair . I paid for a groupon specifically for a partial balayage . Maybe first mistake but the hairdresser i got said over and over how many years of experience she had(red flag). After being in the chair and sink for over 3 and half hours only to walk out with dry red hair/orange hair. She did not have a clue what she was doing.i sent her inspo pics of a very classic brown and blonde balayage she said she could do that no problem. Starting off coloring my roots brown and then painted the blonde through after leaving me in the sink for over 30 min to soak in a hair mask while she grabbed lunch. Im not going to put her name in here because she was super nice but that was a very horrible experience. I walked out with half brown half blonde very blunt lines to see where they dont blend. I could of done it myself had i known salon lofts just lets anyone do whatever. Makesure when customers pay for a service you actually provide that service with someone who knows what there doing with that particular client. I look at my hair and the top is very much orange red now after some washes. Now i have to spend more money to fix this disaster. My hair isnt even close to what i showed her or paid for. I have brown hair and she turned my roots red and the ends orange. It was not blended and looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked her to fix it but she blamed the color on my hair being too dark to lift, when in reality she took the color off before it was fully processed. I asked if she could fix it and she offered a toner or a refund. I chose refund and she only partially refunded me. I asked again for the full amount as we had discussed and she refused.
