I am extremely disappointed my husband and I were taking a walk and decided to stop by Zest Juice Co. We purchased two bottles of premade juice. Upon first taste , we both did not care for the product. We asked for a refund. Both employees were unsure of what their return policy was and they had to find out they came back saying that since they were open, they could not return them. I said that is kind of the point is that we tasted it and thought they tasted bad so we would like a refund. They said they could not do so, and gave me the owners email. The employee continue to explain that when you open a bottle of alcohol, you cannot return that either I don’t see what that had to do with the situation at hand and she continues to explain that we were waisting the product! Read moreI decided to try Zest Juice because I wanted a healthy smoothie to boost my body. I tried their Matcha drink and I was disappointed. Banana is the main ingredient, which is great. The smoothie tasted like banana and coconut oil. But I can buy a organic banana for less than $1. And the drink is supposed to have matcha powder (green colored) in it but the smoothie was yellow. Matcha is an expensive product and an expensive drink that costs $9 should have adequate amounts of Matcha powder. Otherwise, I liked that all the frozen fruits are organic and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But, I don' think I will go back to the store...
