Ordered same day business cards for an event the following week. Waited 2 days no update. Went in person, was told it was still in progress and I had to wait. Explained I ordered same day. Was blown off. Waited through the weekend. Order still in progress online. Call this store. Now order doesn't exist. Now I'm two days away from the event I need the business cards for. Of course, the local store couldn't refund my lost order and gave me all shrugs. So I had to call a 1-800 number, get routed through 4 different teams to finally get a refund. After cancelation, I ordered the cards at a competitor and got them not only the same day but much cheaper too. I will never use Staples again for anything and will advise anyone needing competent print services to...

I printed some flyers for my business here! The online experience was user friendly and it didn’t take long to checkout. Just upload your file, specify your finish, paper weight, size, and quantity, then schedule your pickup or delivery and input your payment info and you’re done. I was blown away by the fair, affordable prices! I received 20 glossy flyers for less than $25 and that was including the express fee to pick it up same day. I looked all over town and saw that CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc was not very affordable and lacked options. I couldn’t find any glossy 8x11 flyers anywhere except at Staples. Summer and George did an awesome job with my posters (6 12x18” prints) and signs (5 8.5x11” prints). Great in-store experience as well - service was excellent and picking up my order was very speedy. The online designer tool also worked really well which helped create a great looking result. Price seemed a little high for a single print ($11) but all-in-all, great experience. ...
