Target — Local services in Columbus

Stopped in this store (9:50pm) to quickly pick of a few things we were in the store 15 total minutes last thing we needed were colored pencils (10:03pm) as we we’re on our way to the register we stopped “David” to ask if they have coloring pencils and he said with a bad attitude; word for word “ Yes we do but you can buy them tomorrow, we’re closed” then creepily followed us to the register. My husband was so angry at his comment the following part was unbearable and uncomfortable. Then to top it off we explained to our cashier what happened and I said where is the manager and she pointed to a guy doing what appeared to me as immaturely laughing and joking around with other employees. At that point I decided to leave a review rather than express my concerns to that person. And it doesn’t stop there when we left they showed us the door to go out and the outter door would not open, we turned around to see them laughing at us not being able to open the door and just pointed in the direction of another door. I know target associates don’t get paid much but this experience was so bad that every associate I came in contact with gave substandard customer service. I dread ever needing to go back...

I went into Target to pick up photos i had developed. There were 3 girls at the customer service desk, two of them were coloring. They looked at me and then told the other girl that "she had a customer". This girl didn't hear them and so i stood there looking at them waiting on one of them to assist me. Finally the girl came over and i told her i was there to pick up my photos and she starting complaining because she didn't know how to work the Kodak printing machine. It asked her for a password and she said she didn't know it and proceeded to say "You can mess around with it to see if you can get it to work". I thought she was joking but she definitely wasn't. I tried to find a member of management to speak with (although i have honestly never complained in a store before because i've worked retail and customer service jobs for ten years) but couldn't find anyone but high school kids who were doing everything but working. I never received my pictures. ...

LOVE TARGET AS A WHOLE COMPANY, AT THIS STORE THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE IN THE MILLENNIAL GENERATION AND ONLY SEEM TO BE INTERESTED IN FLIRTING WITH ONE ANOTHER! HEY EMPLOYEES! SOMEONE IS PAYING YOU FOR THE SIMPLEST TASK EVERY DAY YOU STROLL INTO WORK AND THEY ONLY ASK THAT YOU THAT YOU DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU WERE HIRED TO DO! HELP THE CUSTOMER FIND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR! " DOO IBEED AM SOWW-WEE, YOU COULD AXE DAT- DOOO WHO-S OVER DARE IN COSMETIX--AHHH I MEANS DA MAKE UP I'LL! OR ASK DAT GIRRR WHERE THE CAR THING-EEZ IS THEY BE HELP YOU! I TALK-N ON DA FONE RIGH NOW! " WHERE IN THE HOLY HELL DOES ONE LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE LIKE THIS, LET ALONE A STORE CUSTOMER? PLEASE RE-EVALUATE YOUR EMPLOYEES TARGET AND GET BACK TO WHAT WAS GREAT ABOUT YOUR STORE BEFORE YOU INVITE MORE MINDLESS ZOMBIES TO WANDER AROUND IN YOUR RED SHIRTS AND KHAKI PANTS!
