Today was the worst experience ever at this store. We went shopping for a fragrance and never did the associate that sold it to us told us that it was a final sale. We walked out and saw the same fragrance somewhere else for $40 less so of course we wanted to return it. We walked in that same day like 30 min after and manager told us that they didnt refund them. We told her that the box was never opened and all sealed as how we bought it. She didnt even offer to help in any way as to price match or maybe a discount. She just gave us her attitude so as we were walking out she started looking at us in a really disrespectful way and my husband told her why she looking at us like that? and even another associate got on my husbands face as we were walking out saying he shouldn't be talking to her like that, when she was the one making problems. Instead of stopping the problem he just made it bigger because now he wanted to fight my husband. Another manager and the security from the store that saw everything came out of the store and apologized to us for what had happen and even then the sales person was still exchanging words and manager went in and told him to go to the back.
