I gave them a 1 start because today was my 1st time going to this store and I participated in the live shoe raffle they hosted. It was Said on the ig page that it was going to start at 12p we showed up 45mins prior to the time waiting patiently in line so I was for sure going to be one of the 1st few in line. Which I was . They did not pass out tickets till 12p when the line was wrapped around the building so the actual raffle didn't start till 1220p by the time they passed out tickets to all the late comers and when they pulled the tickets all the folks who were at the back numbers were called ( the front of the line started 600-800's and the only numbers were called was the 770-800's out of 24 attempts only 2 came from the 600 group. That didn't seem fair at all.

I advise them to make it more fair by handing out tickets 15mins b4 the go live with pulling name so at 12pm the tickets are in the box and no more are added once 12p hit. That way the folks who got there early to make sure they met the 12pm deadline won't feel like their ticket was lost in the trash.

Congrats to the winners however the store needs to do better with the raffle set up..please...
