Happy Donuts — Restaurant in Concord

It wasn't as nice as I hoped with the "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! While standing in the line hearing the cashier sharing with another customer about the prior customer not having enough money for his purchase, FINALLY I felt now I can place my order...only it didn't go as smooth as I would have hoped. She began to served another customer who had just walked in...and I said with my hand raised like a child in class "I'm next" She said "my bad" ... What???? A simple order of a mix half of dozen and two croissants... I even told her it didn't matter she can pick it out. Well let's just say. She tried to forget that I had paid for one of my croissants until I asked her where was it. Then the extra cost for mix donuts was horribly hard and dry. Never again I'll take my chances at 7eleven. Thank you NOT SO...

I went in today at 9:59 AM asked for one dozen regular donuts. I said it was okay to mix glazed, sugar and chocolate. The cashier was so rude and started raising her voice and telling me to point a them. I had previously told her any would be fine. Then I asked her if they had more in the back because There were only four donuts in the front.She yelled nooo then she decided that I wasn’t taking any and ignored me the whole time. She then skipped me and went to the next costumer. She didn’t even let me order something else. I’ve been coming in for years and I will never come back. I wasn’t being rude nor disrespectful and for the cashier to raise her voice and skip me. This is a great example of horrible customer service that I would not want to...

Excellent grungy old school donut shop with tasty treats, coffee and beverages. Much cheaper than Colonial over the hill in Oakland and Berkeley - and of a higher quality. They serve croissant sandwiches too with various cheeses and/or meats.

Beware: Cash only and they close at Noon - but their holiday hours start an hour later, and...
