I was a little skeptical changing Dentists, but I had tooā¦due to being new on SOCIAL SECURITY & finding someone in my network, It was nothing but the LORD who guided me to Branchview Dental Careā¦I was a little nervous speaking to both Carla and Riese on separate occasions over the phoneā¦They both made me feel welcome and right at home I was new and they would be new⦠oh I must admit that #1 I was NOT really ready for change!! #2- surprisingly as soon as I walked in I have to admit that I was a little more nervous. I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries as I gave I think Carla my info and when we were finished and I was about to leaveā¦Carla informed me that they had just gotten a cancellation and if I was interested I could have that slotā¦after thinking about it for about 4 seconds I said yes maāam GLADLY! After that it was continued professionalism the rest of the way. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI waited for the doctorās examination for a whole hour. They took an X-ray in just five minutes, and the rest of the time I was just waiting for the doctor. He finally came in, looked at everything in one minute, and told me I needed two fillings. But I had already scheduled the appointment for two fillings, not to sit and wait just to get a diagnosis and verdict. I donāt have an extra two hours to book another appointment just for the fillings!
And the only reason this happened is because I came as a new patient. So for my first visit, they decided to keep me waiting for an entire hour instead of just doing everything they did in the first five minutes and then actually doing the fillings. I donāt even have insurance ā Iām paying out of pocket, and I was ready to pay for everything right then and there. But this whole bureaucratic process just drives me crazy. If I came in and asked for two fillings, why canāt they just do it here and now?

I made my appointment for 7 a.m., which fits beautifully into my work schedule. Brittany, my hygienist, was knowledgeable, efficient, and exTREMEly pleasant at such an early hour. She wasn't "chirpy," in case that kinda energy that early in the morning is a turn-off. It is for me. But she was enjoyable and excellent at her job.
Dr. Kennedy was thorough and very respectful of my time, which I appreciate tremendously. So many times one can go for medical treatment and it feels as though the doctors or staff are not as mindful with your time. Not here. I was taken in for treatment very punctually and treated effectively and thoroughly.
I need two fillings and a crown done in relatively short order. My options were clearly laid out for me and scheduling was a breeze. They know my work and travel schedules are hectic and planned with me accordingly.
Happy that flyer showed up in my mailbox. After moving to Concord a year ago, I still didn't have a dentist. Fixed that...
