My friend came in on a Sunday so have the rear glass on her iPhone repaired. She was told it would only take 90 minutes so we killed time around the mall. They didn't have her sign any waiver, no receipt, not even a disclaimer, just come back in an hour in a half.
So we come back and she's told; They fixed the glass but now the phone won't turn on. No explanation, no apologies, they broke her phone and where just like "Oh well, it happens" We asked to speak to a manager, but he wouldn't call the manager since he had left for the day. We asked what could be done to resolve the situation, nothing. They even expected her to pay for the replacing the rear glass. They broke her phone and expected her to pay!
The next day she was able to call the manager and he told her there was nothing he could do. No compensation, no making it right, nothing. He even had the audacity to tell her that she should take better care of her phone:
aside from the rear glass being cracked, the phone worked fine.
and I can't stress this enough, you are a phone repair business. It's literally your business model to fix peoples phones.
Imagine taking your car in for an oil change, and they tell you "We changed your oil but your car won't start now. You should really take better care of your stuff. Anyway here's your bill"
They did offer to take her phone to another repair place to see if they could try and fix it, but obviously my friend has concerns leaving her phone with them again after they broke it. On top of thet, they didn't even offer to pay for the repairs.

I have purchased numerous screen protectors and the would show you that it takes a lot to crack the screen, and all my screen protectors cracked fairly quick and with ease. I purchase the most recent one and the next day I put it in my pocket and with no keys, no wallet and no change just the phone by it’s self. And I pulled it out and the edge was cracked and the bottom corner began to spider. I went to the store and show them and explain that my keys must have done it. I explained I put my phone in my paovket by its self and he continue to tell me there’s nothing he can or will do for me. Over all the products are not well made and cheap and would not recommend you purchase from them. Spend the extra money for the top of the line products that last longer. You will spend the same amount or even more returning and having them tell you there’s nothing...
Read moreI called around the local Walnut Creek/Concord area to see who could replace my cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and decided to go with Cell Doc. Everyone charges roughly the same price, which is fairly expensive IMO. The good thing was they had my screen in stock and were open late. Very convenient to do this at Sun Valley Mall. They told me it would take 40 minutes so we just walked around, got some snacks and came back to a brand new phone! Everything works as it should and they also give a 30 day (I think) warranty if you find something doesn't work. Great work, convenient, what more can I ask for? I would come here...
