Burger Joint — Restaurant in Concord

We ate at Sunvalley Mall Concord, it’s our first time, sorry to say this, the chicken burger are too much toasted and nothing much meat only flour, the soda tastes weird. Not only the food. THE Sanitary, They USED To wipe the dirty washcloth on their prep table and then wipe to another prep table they make cross contamination. NEVER EVER TO EAT AGAIN!...

Came here wanted to order food. They would even acknowledge me at the counter while it took two of them to make one order. Then I tried to ask was that a hot dog that they just made and no one could answer the question back to men in English they just kept saying combo or no combo. They need to hire people who can speak...

Found this place because it was rated 5 stars, I didn't expect it to be in a mall. Hot dog was good, It was better than I would have expected for food at the mall.

The self-service touch menu is a little confusing, some parts of the menu charge you for extra toppings while others don't.
