I really like this store but had a very unpleasant experience this morning with this short latina looking woman who claims to be the owner. There was a skirt that I wanted to try on but it was high up on the wall. There’s a rack in the store carrying long poles with hooks that are easily accessible for ANY customer to grab a hold of, so I used one to get the skirts down. When I go to the counter to pay for my stuff, the lady calls me out in front of everyone, saying that the hooks are for employees only and that I took a bunch of skirts down without putting them back, so now she has to put what I took down, back where it belongs. BIG FREAKING DEAL. THAT’S LITERALLY YOUR JOB. Customers take merch off the racks and don’t put them back where they belong ALL THE DAMN TIME. She was acting like I did something so shameful that she just had to call me out and draw unwanted attention towards me. I was even apologetic about it and she didn’t even bother to respond with “it’s ok” or anything along those lines. If you don’t want customers using the hooks, here’s a brilliant idea; put a sign on the rack saying “for employees only”. I’m not upset that she called me out about using the hook. I’m upset about how she felt the need to comment “you took a bunch of skirts down and now, I have to put them back”, in front of everybody. That was just so unprofessional and uncalled for on her behalf. If you’re gonna complain about that, then you might as well keep that same energy and call out every single customer who tries on clothes and leaves them behind in the dressing rooms, LITERALLY SO THE EMPLOYEES CAN PUT THE MERCHANDISE BACK ONTO THE DESIGNATED RACK WHERE IT BELONGS because that’s the exact same scenario. It just seemed like she was on her high horse and wanted to belittle me over something that she more than likely has to deal with on a...
Read moreI felt compelled to write this review, first off , I would like to compliment the store manager for her ability to handle a high volume of customers ALL ON HER OWN, while dealing with some rude and obnoxious customers. On Saturday, I was waiting to be helped for the fitting room and I encountered an exchange between the manager and a lady who was so rude, and bad mannered. Apparently, she took it upon herself to use some reaching tool to take down a bunch of clothes and left them all laying around. I felt so bad for her, but I want to compliment her on her professionalism. She turned to me, although frustrated, and was still able to get me into a fitting room. After dealing with this customer, she still had a smile on her face. I really hope it is just a hiring fluke because the way the store was so busy ,and only one person was visibly there to help all the shoppers, it really made me feel bad for the employee. But again, I left so impacted that I had to come on here to let her know, she is doing an amazing job. Thank you for helping me and...
Read moreThis is by far the WORST & GHETTOEST store I’ve ever been to. Where do I start. Store is messy and unorganized. And the manager of the store (black girl with tattoos working cashier) needs to be fired she has no customer service skills whatsoever. If you hate your job that bad quit. Didn’t greet me didn't thank me for coming in. She in fact gave me attitude & ignored me when I greeted her. And nearly threw the shopping bag at me. Didn’t get a have a nice day or anything. She was also talking bad about a different store to her coworker as she was checking me out. Lol do better seriously a joke. Never came across someone so unhappy & miserable with their life, it’s no wonder the store is going downhill, when you have people like this representing...
