Kohl's — Local services in Concord

Went to Kohls today to look and see if we could use the two 25% coupons we received from returning Amazon packages a few weeks ago. The 25% was limited to "Kohl brands" not eligible but nothing else was listed. Found a To my I wanted and took it and coupon to register. The cashier quickly told me "you c ant use that coupon". I asked why Not, she said "electronics are exculded". I asked why the coupon did not state that. Never got an answer. Told her she could keep it then. We left, never will step foot 8n a Kohls again and I have bought a lot of stuff through the years. Why give out a coupon ok not to find out it's no Good, but typical of the big box stores. The only reason I will be returning to this location is for a return. This was my second ever visit to a Kohls. The women's section was so disorganized that both of the pants I bought were on same brand tracks, but rang up over 10 more then the price posted above them. When I mentioned this at check out, the cashier merely shrugged. Then as I was leaving with my friend, that checked out at another register at the same time, he mentioned how his cashier even talked him thru a quick download that saved him 40%. This was not even mentioned to me, a new customer with no idea these types of perks or discounts are an option,t and also thought she was getting a much better deal then her receipt showed anyway. Their policy changes are in place to now simply do nothing but rob the consumer , want to give you a rewards program to save money and kohl’s cash to get you back in the door YET WHEN YOU USE YOUR KOHLS CASH YOU CAN NOT GET THE FULL DISCOUNT FROM YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM THEREFORE YOU ARE STILL PAYING OUT OF POCKET MORE THAN YOU SHOULD HAVE TOO!!!!!!!
