I would first like to acknowledge the office staff and Maintenance they’re all GREAT. But if you’re thinking about moving out here “I wouldn’t suggest it”. These are falsely advertised luxury apartments. My car was broken into two weeks after moving out here. Three months later someone tried to break into my storage unit and apartment. I was then told by corporate 08/18/22 that the property no longer have record of these incidents, when I have emails of me communicating with them. There’s also a homeless camp behind the apartments. I walked out of my apartment one morning to find a homeless man SLEEPING on the stairway near my door. The reason I’m writing this review is because I’m in total shock that corporate ALLOWS tenants to LEGALLY break their lease agreements. I’ve lived here for 10 months, put in a total of 30 noise complaints, sent countless videos of the issue because I now have cameras inside out of our apartment, called the police 6 times and courtesy officers have been called 4 times. And regional/corporate STILL refuses to handle the issue with my neighbors, but instead they offer me to move out or transfer when it should be my neighbors who moves out. Moral of this story is the lease agreement you sign is “worthless” you can break it and nothing will happen to you. It literally sounds like a Freight train above me, this goes on all day and night. My fiancé works nights and I work early mornings, neither of us are getting proper rest, on top of them waking up our baby and 10yr old. Needless to say I will be escalating this issue further if it is not handled fairly,...
Read moreThe things I have dealt with at this apartment is horrendous to the staff , company and a tenant above me . First the leasing office has new staff members every few months they do not handle business well at all they literally just sit in the office and lie . I had a tenant above me that was harassing us because she stomped terrible ugly person inside and out I feel bad for anyone having to deal with that I had ask to leave early and the only thing they could do was try to transfer when my lease was up insane and asking to renew my lease NOPE ! THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS TERRIBLE WHY WOULD I RENEW MY LEASE TO A PLACE THAT OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE IT WAS SO BAD I LEFT A FOURTY TWO DAY NOTICE . I am happy I left honestly I have also called several times about getting my security deposit back it has been more than thirty days and every time I get the run around and a lie saying it is coming I will honestly wind up suing they do not care about anything even the corporate sucks they have two stars Valor Residential . I also notice they delete bad reviews and keep the four star ones up which is sick because people need to know the honesty truth that this corporate and employees don’t not literally care . I’m so happy I left...
Read moreThe apartment complex is beautiful & maintenance staff work in a timely fashion to handle requests BUT the parking is ridiculous! There’s no assigned parking for your building or visitors resulting in 3-4 slots being filled just by one resident. It’s unfair for residents to have to walk distances because they have to park BUILDINGS away. In my building, i know for a fact there’s 3 cars to an apartment and one of the cars has sat in the same spot FOR A MONTH then they have work vehicles that are brought home too! To spend so much in rent and not have an allotted spot for your vehicle makes no sense. When bringing this to the leasing managers attention she mentioned Valor Management is not apart of an apartment association that requires residents to have 1 allotted spot with 1 additional…so it results in a parking war for those that live out in this beautifulll community. Make it make sense! It never seems to be a resolution when speaking with the leasing manager! Emails can be sent about community events that they host but there can’t be a email sent about MULTIPLE cars taking up spots 🙄 because “it’s not apart of the lease and we can’t enforce that” i’m really over the lack of...
