I would love to give "cero" stars, but the system does not allow it. This Sunday around 11:30 am, just a few minutes after the store opened at Dadeland Mall, the new bag collection called my attention while walking in the main hallway of the mall, and I stepped inside the store to see the bags closely, once inside, I asked a saleslady that approached me, if those bags were designed to be used together, I found the idea very beautiful and original, but instead of answering my question, the lady told me that they were "very expensive", and I was immediately turned off by her comment, not for the detail about the price, but for the bad judgement and poor preconception she showed, just because I was wearing a simple pair of jeans and accompanied by my elderly mother also simply dressed, it amazed me how still these days a person can be so incorrect by just paying attention to the appearance of the costumers causing damaged to the sales and numbers of the store, nobody walks with the platinum American Express card in their hand when entering a store, that comes after. And also her miss judgement was even more incorrect, because I was carrying a shopping bag from Baby Cottons (just purchased some presents for my nephew), a very expensive kids clothes store, and she missed that detail along with the good sale she could have made with me, because I really loved the new bag collection. When I walked in with some online items to return the associate that initially greeted completely changed her attitude when I told her I wanted a credit and not exchange and the cashier also gave me attitude when I stated the same and completely ignored me when I asked if they had a particular watch and then called a manager to ask if it was ok for me to return these items when I just purchased 2 weeks ago and had my receipt. Disgusting and unprofessional attitudes and when I edited the same initial associate looked at me as if I were beneath her and didn't say goodbye thank you or anything but I'm sure if I would've purchased something from her the attitude would've been completely different. What they don't know if that I spend several thousand $$ a year on MK merchandise but I'll never buy it...

I wanted to purchase a pair of classes and he did not allow me because it has the wrong sticker price as well as he they were 25% off. He would honor the price because Michael Kors does not allow them to do so. For one he assumed I could not afford them. I know the laws and i would never take the time to write anything if I did not feel offended .
