Update: The next day, I received response from the district manager and a call from the store. The culprit has been identified and the situation will be dealt with. Impressed with A&F's customer service. We're cool now.
Original: It's a shame. I really like the clothes and used to spend several hundred a month in A&F. But on the night of 11/16/17, I've decided to cut back on spending at A&F and to take my money to another company. The reason is because of a fat Hispanic chick, most likely the manager, who could not handle returns. I only wanted to return 6 items and she was freaking out and had a piss poor attitude to boot, muttering things under her breath. Oh, I had to double-check her shoddy work and informed her she missed an item.
I've informed corporate about the negative experience and about the fat chick.
