Xmas day. The drinks had too much carbonated water. Arrived home put the straw in my Sonic cup expected sprite... high carbonated water only. No flavor. Ran to the bathroom and spit it out. Down the drain. .Shame on the management for having hardly any staff to cover the short work day hours for Christmas 2018. Overworked, please treat your employee s with respect.. . . Especially since they took time off a holiday, to work. This location is our family's favorite Sonic for outstanding service and correct orders. From 5 to...2 stars . The staff looked way overwhelmed. But still pulled their best effort considering, and exceptional customer service even under the circumstances.. Bless them. Prating the owner and management do right for their customers and staff. The staff are usually pretty awesome at getting the order correct... Last visit.... everything was great ( order was perect, food tasted just right. Juicy, perfectly cooked. great presentation. Perfect tempature on The food....5 stars usually.).Maybe just a fluke due to the short staff and holiday... the Christmas day visit Arrived home food was overcooked and burnt. Read moreIf I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!! This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL--at least their managers are!!!! Attempted to reach corporate with no success at all. The number on website listed to "contact us" has a clear answering voicemail stating that you will not be able to speak to someone other than the manager at the store site--WHICH IS THE PROBLEM!! How can you fix the problem at your stores if your MANGER is the problem?!!!!! Order was simple--6 Slushes, 5 corn dogs for the kids, and small mozarrella sticks $16.32. However, 35 MINUTES LATER NO ORDER!!! Asisstant Manager on duty ISABEL (ISABELLA) EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! "I will get your order now...if u want a refund you can wait 4 days. I was going to get your order but u can wait the 4 days for your refund. What do you want?! ....(as she walks back in with no care in the world)" This is now 45minutes after initial order! I asked for the next higher person in charge she told me I could wait around for him whenever he "comes in" but she would NOT give me any information. Read moreThe store hours are posted stating that they close at midnight to night. I pulled into a spot at 11:32pm. I quickly pushed the red button to order sense it was close to the end of their night. After a couple on minutes, a young lady walk up to my truck and informed me that they were closed. I asked what time they close and was told, "We closed at 11:00 tonight." I mentioned that the hours online were different than that, wondering if it was wrong or if they were just closing early. I received no reply as she walked away. Before driving away, I checked the online hours once more and as I did, two other employees informed me that the Sonic was closed. One walked up to my truck as the girl did. The other did not find the effort worth the trip and simply yelled from the front door. Keep store hours accurate is very important (in my opinion). I understand that the cost involved to stay open that last hour may not always be profitable when business is slow. I also know that closeing early loosing business tonight and in the future. Mc Donald's down the road has a long line in the drive thru and two cars pulled into Sonic after me both were told, as was I, that they are closed. Guess I'll go sit in the line down...
