What you should expect from a crew that really doesn't take their job seriously. Messed up order on several occasions and even messed up on the replacement items they were suppose to be providing since they messed up in the first place. Either they will forget a topping that is already included on one of their menu item pizzas, forget the extra cheese and swear they put it on there even though the way to tell is if there is cheese over the other toppings, or put the wrong topping on a slightly modified pizza. People, bell peppers and onions are completely different vegetables and if you don't know the difference then there is more training needed. Ask to speak to a manager and two other people answer the phone before you get someone who almost acted interested in your, not at fault concern. They think a remedy is for a customer to come all the way back from home with an order they messed up on so that they can just give you what they messed up on in the first place, and will tell you that's all they can do and need to see the pizza. B.S., and I will continue to keep the messed up pizzas while you provide me my replacements Free of Charge. Don't like giving away free stuff? Then get it right the first time! This Little Caesars is by far definitely the best in the area. I love this location they're clean they're friendly they're fast and they're punctual with their orders. If you're unsure if you should go to this location the answer is yes go you will not Regret it
As of 7-28-25, the management dajour, chris, and starr they are good but the rest of the managament needs work. My order very seldom changes to prevent errors, yet i keep missing garlicparm on my crust or pizza. Extensive amt of sauce i ask for lite sauce. And pay for garlic parm my crust is dry, then when i mention it to mthe management there- she hands me 10 parmesan packets. To me thats just trying to shut me up. However, there was a slight hiccup during my visit. I was overcharged for my order, but the staff was quick to acknowledge the mistake and offered to give me some extra sauces to compensate for the price difference.
