Citi Trends — Local services in Conway

On Fri March 2nd I walked into Citi trends because I was going on a trip and needed a few outfits shoes and accessories and usually I shop there a lot and have loved doing so until I walked in that evening and the cashier yelled out very loudly we close in 30 minutes which I responded it just turning 8 there is nothing on Google or even a notice on the door you are closing early she rolled her eyes and continued to strut her attitude then locked the doors behind me where customers were trying to come in and she yelled closed I looked down at my phone and saw it was only 8:05 and she was refusing customers her terrible attitude continued as I was the only one in the store so i put my items back and walked out she locked the door and proceeded to turn out the light...I was so excited to pick up these items and she was absolutely awful and ended up shutting the store down firstly at 8:05 I guess entitled unmannered female workers now can close the store whenever they like...and how I was spoken to I won't...

I have a service animal and went in to shop on our way home and I put my purse in a basket. And one of the girls told me I couldn't have her in the stor I would have to take her out or leave tried to tell her she was a service animal but she said it was corporate rules (with is against the LAW) but I took her out to the car and by the time I was getting ready to walk back across the parking my husband came out mad ashe'll! When i waled out the employeeswas talking shit aboutme and my dog! Saying the wasn't cleaning up piss and shit off the floor! VERY unprofessional AND uncalled for! I'm guessing the manager was in on it to because if they worked for me the would have been fired on the spot! Also my animal NEVER touches the ground any place we're at. The only time she's NOT in my arms is at restaurants and she sits on the bench next to me against the wall so she doesn't interrupt other people. We will not be going back to any City Trens even the ones at home who has no problem with...

I just stopped by the store to pick up a few things walked up to the door. It was 5:31 PM. The store is supposed to be open until 6 PM. There was people inside shopping but the door was locked two people standing at the register area I called the store four times while I was standing, outside the door, I could physically see the two people standing there and neither one would answer the phone. If businesses are not gonna stay open until their advertise time they shouldn’t be...
