I spent over $300 at this store because the sales lady assured me that the"toy" she was recommending would get the job done. I had explained that I've had extensive abdominal and vaginally surgeries due to trauma. Once again, the salesladt reassured me that this $199 "womanizer was what I needed. Well, it was not. We brought it home and I hated everything about the sensation it gave. I was not expecting to get my money back, but a store credit towards something I could use would have been the right thing to do; however, when I called, i spoke with a lady claiming to be the owner who said I couldn't even get a store credit. The ONLY thing she would offer was 15% off another purchase!! How outrageous. I do not recommend this store to anyone for anything. I will be letting every person I know about this...

Being a adult store it can be very uncomfortable going in and getting what you need. However they made me feel very comfortable even when trying to find a new outfit. I had choices and when figuring out which one would be best the lady brought another choice I may like I love her suggestion it'll be the next one I get.
