Was extremely disappointed with our visit a few weeks ago. Went jn about 2hrs before closing thinking thisbwoild be more than enough time to complete set up on a new account. Was told could without a certain document. I informed the employee I had said document. Then was told a different document I would need. Again I informed him I had this document. As this exchange continued the employee became more rude and disrespectful. It was very obvious by his demeanor and his ridiculous amount of documents, literally to the point of requesting birth certificates and physical social seciutry cards (not just numbers, no physical copies of cards) that he was done with hisbjob for the day clearly, and wanted to leave. What a great sales professional! Ifbhebhad just said we didn't have time before closing to complete the task at hand, especially where he was working/would be closing the store alone, I would have been totally fine with coming back another day/time. But his rude, snobby attitude and just outright insulting tone definitely sealed my decision. I definitely will not be returning to that store...
Read moreI can't say enough about the customer service that I have received from the North Conway office, in particular Morgan. I was having problems with my phone and brought it in to see if I can get some help and although my plan is / was through Walmart ( didn't know there was a difference but it is) she took the time out of the busy day she was having to walk me through and help me resolve the issue I was having. The patience and professionalism that Morgan showed, even though she could have just sent me to Walmart like others have done in the past was very much appreciated. And because of her I am switching to the actual US Cellular plan thru her. Thank you again Morgan, for all of your help and patience. Read moreNick @ I went into the store about two months ago, and I misplaced my phone and Nick printed off my phone numbers and help me go through them and needless to say it didn’t work because his printer wasn’t working very well but we made the best of it and the outcome was not so great because we couldn’t figure out anything but when I went into the store today, Nick again was amazing and rockstar. His customer service is extremely phenomenal. He’s wonderful. He helped me get done what I needed in a very fashionable time so it worked out great so he deserves a big kudos five stars 10 stars.
