Cato Fashions — Local services in Conway

Not your mother's clothing store anymore!! I had shopped with Cato in the past a couple times for work clothes (office/business casual). But the most recent trip changed my outlook on Cato! They were having a sale (which is a weekly occurrence btw) & as I went to search for something to wear to a job interview... I saw the cutest, trendy little wedge sandals with these sexy straps that tied up the calf! Then I just kept finding all these great tops, and jeans, and shoes that were stylish & sexy & fun... not to mention the bra & pantie section where they had multiple matching options for each look! No longer boring & stuffy, I'll be coming...

Jill and Destiny were rude and disrespectful. Jill didn't greet me when I came in. I said hi when I reached the counter. Jill responded with a hi to Destiny, her employee. Jill didn't even know I was in the store. I went to exchange merchandise, and left my receipt in car. Jill said we don't do reruns without receipt. I said I'm not making a return, it's an exchange. I was then told company now requires receipt for all transactions. The PRINT RECEIPT IN MY HAND STATES DIFFERENT. I was treated RUDELY after that by both females. Because I asked about the company's return policy. WORST CATO EXPERIENCE...

One of the best shopping experiences I've had in quite some time. I wish I would have written down the name of the nice store associate that assisted me. Being disabled makes it very difficult to shop for clothing without having another woman with me but not at this store! The young woman was so helpful and very patient with my being so slow moving. She ran back and forth bringing me different things to try on and remained very patient with me. When it came time to check out she made it a breeze. I will defintely be back to...
