Our family of five arrived and checked in with hostess inside, received confirmation of arrival text via the app at 5:46 PM. Was told that wait time for a dinner table would be roughly 20-25 minutes. No biggie, considering it is Thanksgiving Evening and both the restaurant and store sides were full to capacity. Nearly an hour later, my husband went inside to check our table status…. Kids were beyond restless and starting to bicker amongst themselves. He waves us in from the porch and we are then promptly seated. ☹️ Our check-in info had been gobbled up by the system and lost. Not cool. This is the reason for only two stars. However, the food was very good and on point! We ordered two children’s meals and three adult meals, ticket total plus tip was $75. Which we feel was more than reasonable! Our server was very polite and working her tail off. I know that her feet must have been aching, but she still smiled and greeted us warmly and was very polite to everyone! We appreciated her very much!!

I order my food and asked to have pancakes once I let the server know. I do not like cold pancakes. Needless to say I was forced to take the pancakes during my meal of which the pancakes came to the table cold. My husband sent his back. And received hot pancakes. It wouldn't have been a problem bringing the pancakes out early if they were going to be hot. But they were so cold it didn't even melt the butter. My server was nice but that doesn’t change the fact they served us cold food. Food quality should always take priority over fast and get it out. If its served fast but I can't eat it. Only the business wins, you have my money and I didn't eat the food due to poor quality. The experience was not to the expected standard.I do not like to send food back to the kitchen for obvious reason. I did however eat the warm eggs and hot biscuits and bacon.

All right, it's cracker barrel. If you know what that is then you understand the menu if not..all right, it's cracker barrel. If you know what that is then you understand the menu if not... Well it's a Cracker barrel... Let's say the menu is Middle America. It's got a lot of country stuff on it and they generally do well with anything they put on their menu. It's a good representation of what they claim it to be. I personally am very fond of their grilled chicken tenders, seasoned beans and the cornbread... They make the best breakfast of any place I know of, for a chain restaurant, anyway... they still know how to put out a real southern breakfast with good biscuits and real gravy? No matter where you find the cracker barrel sign you can expect good home cooking!

The Cracker Barrel in Conway, Arkansas has consistently gone downhill within the past 3 years. On a regular basis, they run out of certain food items on the menu; and, when we receive our order, the food is barely lukewarm to say the least.

This past Sunday, January 26, 2025, we arrived at approximately 11:00. I ordered a chicken pot pie, which is now only available on Sundays. Our waitress came back, apologizing profusely, saying they did not have any chicken pot pies. I asked how they could be out of an item that is now only served on Sundays, and it's only 11:00 am. I was told they forgot to cook the chicken pot pies. How does that happen at a restaurant such as Cracker Barrel? I know other guests also ordered the same item, and were told the same thing.

I then ordered the meat loaf with mashed potatoes, and the potatoes seemed as if they were left over from the day before, and were hardly lukewarm, if not, at room temperature. 90% of the time, the biscuits and cornbread are either left over from the day before, or have been sitting out for a long time, not hot, either. This is not the first time that I've made complaints to Cracker Barrel. At the present time, the only thing that is favorable about Cracker Barrel is their wait-staff. They are always very sweet, engaging, and concerned about their customers. The sad thing is that many of them have to take the brunt of angry and irritated customers due to the lack of poor management.

I truly believe poor management by the upper management, not just the local manager, but regional management all the way up to the CEO are the problem. They...

(Review is for restaurant section) Don't get me wrong, I love Cracker Barrel, but the one in Conway has far too many issues recently. The food is decent, but definitely not worth the wait. My last 3 visits all ran into the same problems: Long waits to get just drinks ordered by wait staff. Sides, drink, and food orders tend to be forgotten or incorrect. Wait staff tends to disappear leading to subpar service. I am unaware if this is a training problem or a staff shortage but it happened all 3 times. Food takes extensive time to be recieved. None of the times has the food been very cold so this could be a lack of staff in the kitchen. I am not the only one who is disappointed with the current service level of my local cracker barrel. One visit was so bad that my party had to actually speak with the manager, which we never do, who reimbursed one of the meals that was forgotten twice causing it to arrive long after everyone else in the party of 6 had completed eating. I don't know if this is a management issue, a training issue, or a staffing issue but please get your act together! I will not be coming back for some time unless a family member gives me a gift card, and even then I may just use it in the...

I got seated after waiting quite a few minutes for a hostess. Most were busy rearranging tables and chairs for a tour bus. Had to wait a few minutes to get a waitress. She also was the waitress for the bus. One of the waitresses. I got my tea and had to wait to order but I was really thrilled because your company brought back chicken and rice. If was the regular rice too which is better than the wild rice. My favorite entree. I had corn. It was delicious. The okra was not done and I ordered it well done to start with. They brought out some more but it was not done either. The tea was so good and fresh. It was a delicious meal despite the okra. The waitress doher best but she had a lot of the tour bus customers to wait on also and was running her legs off trying to keep up everybody. Due to the amount of people from the bus seated right next to me, it was loud and it was lunch so it was busy. They did a good job of handling their customers and getting people taken care of. I love to eat at Cracker Barrel. Food is always good and the people are always friendly and helpful and I love the gift shop. Nice family atmosphere. I go every chance I get. I have to drive about 50 minutes to eat there but it...
