The best shopping experience. I called this store for a previous generation pack that was no longer available online. I preferred the styling and ease of access of the previous gen. I was greeted by the Product guide, Sheree who sent me a few available options and suggested the pros and cons between the new gen and the previous gen. I also added a. Chumpi duffel to the order but I could not make up my mind on the del dia color choices and Sheree walked me through the options and helped me pick the best one to my liking, and she did this on her lunch break. We love the brand and usually this store has a gentleman who is very helpful. Unfortunately today when we went in the cashier was complaining loudly about how children should not be allowed in public and that they’re a nuisance to everyone around them.(And no we did not have children with us.) Kind of an odd conversation to be having in your place of employment that sells children’s outdoor wear.
