BEWARE. This woman is extremely jealous and hateful and it will and does affect her work. The first thirty minutes of the appointment she was late, and showed up to an office that clearly she had rented maybe once or twice. Red flag. She started telling me how pretty I was but in a weird way. After she showed me how hateful and jealous she was, by even saying she gets jealous of pretty women that her husband sees, she did a nightmare job on my brows and she refused to fix it even after I let her know. I got my brows done by Vyv years ago. I left crying and she told me it would fade. It is still on my face and has completely ruined my confidence. I do not go out anymore. I saw the positive reviews and jumped. I asked her right away for a refund and she blocked me and refused. Supposedly I had a touch up appointment included and I let her know right away it was too thick and went outside of my natural brow. The service is PERMANENT not semi permanent and do not let her convince you otherwise. You may as well go to a tattoo parlor because she uses extremely cheap ink from SHEIN. She even admitted this to me during the appointment. She needs to be held accountable and they need to take her professional license away. She is not licensed to do tattoo work yet she does it anyway. Do not go to her. There are so many other talented artists but I asked for a natural brow and she made me look like a freak. Of course though, she didn’t post my picture because she knew she did a bad job. She takes pictures of her clients who have already had previous work done to try and make her work look better. She is a scam artist and a fraud and had every opportunity to help me correct my brows and restore my confidence but had too much pride not to. She is all after the money and will not help you map your face properly. I told her my main goal was to not leave my brows too thick and it is like she did it it on purpose. My appointment was at 10:15, Vivian was LATE an did not arrive until 11:00. Upon her arrival we went into the brow room where she explained the tattoo and healing process. Afterwards she began mapping. I was not satisfied with the final result and I asked her to make a few MINOR adjustments. Vivian then became frustrated at my request with a very OBVIOUS ATTITUDE. She told me that I was a “confused person” and that I needed to trust her. She handled me very unprofessionally. You can tell she’s not well versed in dealing with meticulous clients. Vivian wants to do YOUR BROWS HER WAY DESPITE HOW YOU FEEL. She got so UPSET she asked me not to return until I could trust her. Needless to say I left with no brows. You will not tattoo permanent makeup on my face if I’m not happy with the preview! Doesn’t have anything to do with trust! I do not recommend Vivian.
