I wouldn’t even give it a one star if I didn’t have to. I went there today to purchase a tv for my daughters room, the sound was not working so my fiancé asked if he could plug it into a dvd player to be sure it worked before purchasing it and not being able to return if he didn’t work, an older African American guy who worked there proceeded to inform us no we couldn’t because it wouldn’t matter if we plug it up or not that the sound wouldn’t work regardless due to it needing internet, my fiancé tried explaining that it would work that he’s an engineer and have the skills on these kind of things (Technology), it escalated due to the working not wanting to be wrong (although he was) we requested to speak with a supervisor after explaining what happened she informed us that she would have an employee plug the tv to a dvd player and that we could wait, after 15 minutes of her or anyone else not coming to check up on us or update us on what was going on my fiancé was able to find a dvd player and hooked it up to a different tv that we were not considering purchasing, after finding that it worked we decided to purchase that tv, but found it odd that no one came back to check on us 15 minutes later. Mind you this was the second time we’ve had an awful experience with the older man employee and was informed by other customers and a worker that he has been problematic and has had plenty of complaints, it’s disappointing because this Goodwill is close to my home but it’s not worth losing my peace of mind due to rude and disrespectful staff, so I won’t...
Read moreWent in this store with no mask since there wasn’t a sign on the front about a mandate to wear a mask inside the store and the CDC has said if you are fully vaccinated you don’t have to wear a mask. From the CDC: “If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you can resume activities without wearing a mask or staying 6 feet apart, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal or territorial laws, and local business and workplace guidance”. So since no sign and we were fully vaccinated no mask. We were targeted by a sales associate that we must were a mask while in the store even though when entering there was NO SIGN. We chose to leave but as we left I noticed there was NOW a sign on the door that you must wear a mask. This stores sales force is deceitful and ignorant. Read moreVery delightful to shop at this location and Staff at the location are very helpful and friendly and very much appreciated and I will just say it was over and beyond and I'm very much saying... the Staff member who helped me with a lost credit card issue on this particular visit went out of the way to reassure me,, when I was in a slight panic...that if anyone found or turned in my misplaced card i would be notified and thank you ,!!!to the the 2 Staff members and The manager on duty later that evening i spoke to on the phone for any updates i very much appreciated the time you took for the help ....you are very much appreciated thank you again you have a customer for life...
