I wish I could do no start came at 3 in the morning and it was only 2 table sitting tried to sit in a booth but all the tables was dirty and full of dirty plates and cup and the bar area. We waiting 10 minutes until we finally ask and the man can he clear a table told us he is the cook he doesn’t do that the waiter continues to ignore us and decided to take another table order go get their drinks still haven’t been seated. O did I forget to mention the cook and waiter decided to talk about me and my family because we ask for a clean table like we was wasn’t standing there. We have now been waiting for 30 minutes. The waiter gives them their drinks and takes their order and calls it out to the cook but not before she wakes him up because he is nodding to sleep at the grill while we wait. We have been to this location many times only during the day and I see why the two they had there on 6/1 at 3:00Am was the rudest people I have ever encountered at Waffle House from there attitudes and demeanor, me and my family left and went to Fairburn by Dunkin’ Donuts I will never pay and tip to someone who think I’m the problem when u are in a customer service business all because we ask for a clean...
Read moreTerrible experience and food and staff. Food was ready and called out multiple times but Waitress decided her conversation and story was so funny it needed to be finished while my food sat and got cold. I was sitting at the low bar and when my food finally arrived a girl working threw her jacket down right next to my food sending dust and particles and dirt all into my face and food. Then there was a massive amount of tiny onions tucked into both sides of my texas melt. The other staff saw me scraping the excessive amounts of onions out and essentially laughed at me and said "oh well we are supposed to put one full scoop". She didn't even offer to remake it. Just laughed and walked away. She was very condescending. I've never once received that many onions shoved onto one sandwich both sides of bread ever from a WH. There was an enormous amount hidden under my hashbrowns too and they weren't even grilled like I asked and paid for. Disgusting. It feels like I just ate a whole onion. They cut their onions enteriely too small here too. This location clearly hires people under trained and that lack attention to detail, empathy, and self awareness. There are better...
Read moreThis place was okay but I won't be going back because the server would not stop talking to me. It was late at night, so it might be different during the day. I'm still not going to risk it though.
To be clear, we weren't having conversation. He kept coming up and standing by my table to talk about the weather, or how he hurt his ankle in high school, etc. Each time I had to turn off my audiobook, tell him to wait because I couldn't hear him, remove my headphones, then I'd say "oh, yeah I didn't realize it was drizzling outside, you're right" and put my headphones back on.
This happened at least 10 times. I just wanted to eat my sandwich in peace. If someone is wearing headphones, take a hint and don't keep interrupting them. I was the only one there and I get that he was bored, but being the only woman in a place late at night is already kinda nerve racking. I didn't want to tell him to leave me alone because I've seen men get angry about small things like that.
I appreciate that it was open late. The guy at the grill was nice, he said hello and otherwise didn't chat. I don't mind some conversation but this was really too...
