On Friday Sept 17 I pulled into the Tyrone, GA Zesto at 8:55 pm. I asked if they were still open and he said yes until 9pm. There was one car ahead of me so I ended up being the last customer of the evening. I ordered a kids meal and a Steak Burger. My total was $10.39. When I got home I found I had not been served a steak burger. Instead of the 5oz patty it had 2 small thin patties that were very dry. I don't know who made my food but there were only 2 employees there, a younger man in a white apron and a gentleman in regular clothes that I would suspect was the manager on duty if not the owner. If there wasn't enough time to cook a steak burger then I should have been told when I placed the order that it wasn't available, instead of being given something else like it didn't matter if I got what I wanted or not because I was the last customer of the day. I am new to Tyrone and to Zesto and I've only been there 3 times. Every time there has been a mistake in my order. The other 2 times I went back and had it re-made but couldn't do that this time because it was closing time. I used the contact form on the Zesto website and asked for a gift card or a refund as the burger I received was unacceptable and I threw it in the trash. Read moreToday I visited my local Zesto location with hesitation because of poor service a time before. Still, we gave them another shot. Order was taken correctly and the food was prepared correctly, but I asked for some extra BBQ sauce for my chicken tenders (which were nowhere near as good as they looked I might add) and I was told to pull up to a red line to let another person pick up their food. First of all, grabbing a premade container of sauce should not warrant somebody to pull up because it really doesn't take long to grab somebody some sauce. We waited, and waited for about 5 minutes before going inside to see what was taking so long. Long story short, I asked for my sauce and said I wouldn't be returning again. On my way out my cashier Greg H said "byeee" with a sarcastic tone. I also asked for a few sauces and only received one. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant several times. They need to evaluate the types of people they have working at the Tyrone location....
Read moreI love eating at the Zesto in Forest Park. My experience at this one was kind of scary!! One lady working behind the counter preparing the food kept watching me to know that i was watching her. She did too, much with her hands like pull up her pants, push her glasses up and even go over to show another worker how to ring up something as a combo meal. Did'nt wash hands not one time we were there but changed her gloves 3 or 4 times. Noel does'nt do any work so why is he there? He stood around talking about 30 mins or so but would run back and fourth to maybe take an order or two. Will i ever eat there again? Noooo!!!!!!! Then to top it off put our food on a dirty tray. When i asked for another one he threw that one back on top and pulled one two trays under which was dirty also. I just took my food to the table without one. If you eat there may sure you are watching and you will see what i saw...
