Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tyrone

On the 3rd of June I ordered a large specialty pizza, total was $18 and change. I use this Papa John's almost once a week and never had a problem. Tonight I open my pizza and it is no way a large. I called after closing hrs because the pizza got here right about 11pm. I called and told the manager that they sent a medium, 12 inches. He immediately got rude and told me no it's a large, no customer service no nothing. I literally measured it because the manager was so sure it was a large, it barely made 12 inches. He offered zero help, and told me to call tomorrow and hung up on me. He offered no credit, no nothing. I tip outrageous every time, and order $20 to $30 dollars a week. After the manager working Monday June 3rd was the rudest person I've ever talked to, I will never order from them again. I didn't even have time to ask his name before he hung up on me mid sentence. Everyone else there has been lovely, but whoever was on duty the 3rd night shift, needs to be fired. You lost a customer tonight. It's simply principal, don't tell the customer I'm wrong when I know how big a large is, could care less about the money, but that attitude needs another job where he does not interact with people. I'm extremely furious at this point, so if you want a manager who isn't carrying his problems on his shoulders, order Mimmos, Pizza Hut, Marcos, anything in the area other than from him. I will be following up tomorrow first thing. Sorry Papa John's, I was one of your best customers for orders, and tipping drivers 20% or more....

Haven’t had PapaJohns in about 2 years since I’ve been out of Country. Came home to visit and the first thing I wanted was papajohns. They didn’t disappoint. Used to order from here a lot when I lived in PTC. The Tyrone store seemed to be better imo and it’s the closest to my address for delivery. Anyway. I forget that PapaJohns isn’t stingy in the cheese like Dominos and Pizza Hut so I ordered extra cheese for one of them. I’m a big cheese lover. Pizzas were nice and Warm. Although it did seem like the jalapeños weren’t baked into the pizza but thrown on the pizza after the fact. However, I just really wanted this pizza before I leave back out of the U.S. delivery driver was a really nice lady. I was shocked that they no longer bring the receipts to sign for credit cards. Thought I’d add my tip after delivery but thankfully has cash. Even when the driver thought I wasn’t able to tip, she was super nice about it telling me that it wasn’t a problem. Great service. Great...

Please do not waste your time at this papa John’s location. Please do not trust them to deliver. Please do not expect a professional experience. Please do not expect exceptional food. Please expect to get taken advantage of.

One time I was offered what she called a special lol. It was a large pizza (cheese no toppings) that was outrageously overpriced. When I told her I was going to shop someplace else she offered me 2 medium pizzas with 3 topping each that was 5 dollars less.

I do not trust this place or at least the owners and or the crew at this location. It sickens me to see a great product in a great location that treats there own customers and community...
