I frequent this place and the food is usually delicious. At this particular time it was exceptional! I had the Hickory Burger with sweet potato fries and it was awesome the fries were fried to Perfection with a little crisp on the outside and plenty of sweet potato on the inside! My wife had a simple patty melt with Alabama sauce on the side for dipping and she said it was one of the best she has ever had! My father who I was taking out for dinner had the Hickory burger also medium rare and when he bit into it you could tell it was cooked with perfection nice and pink inside without being really runny with juice. He was really pleased that's where my wife and I it is a laid-back atmosphere very casual and a perfect place for a quick meal! They have free roasted peanuts all you can eat in a barrel you just scoop them out and eat all you want and the food is nice and hot and the beer is ice cold!! Food is easily a miss, but the service is where this place really tanks.

They use a 3rd party system for online orders, during an outage they were unable to process and receive orders "all day". When I arrived to pick up my order (no indication on the online system it was down) I was met with a metric ton of attitude and "we didn't get it". No apologies, no attempt to take the order and make it. When I asked to place the order, seeing as I was there, I was given more attitude as they have to 'write it down and walk it back there'.

Then they charged me, again, and told me to file a claim with the 3rd party vendor to get the original payment back.

The manager gave a laughable excuse of 'we were hacked'. As an IT professional, I'm confident they were not 'hacked' but rather had a system outage with no one competent to fix it.

Bare minimum, notify your vendor to disallow orders you can't fulfill, and maybe try a little humility and kindness to your customers.

We came on a Tuesday night for Trivia, as the place we normally go has really let their food go downhill. I hadn't been here in forever, so just about like the first time I came. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Staff was very friendly, and prompt. They had a special deal for $12.99 that included 10 wings, a side, and either a fountain drink, or a draft beer. I got 5 wings tossed in Mango Habanero, and 5 tossed in Spicy Garlic Parm. I didn't find either unusually spicy, but very good. I also got a regular order of fried cauliflower, tossed in Sweet Red Chili Pepper, which was nice and spicy. The cauliflower was the regular size, but would easily feed two as an appetizer, or part of a meal. My buddy got the fish, and said it was very good as well. We ended up taking 2nd place in trivia, and won a gift card! So Tuesdays at 7 is when trivia starts, and it was over about 9PM.
