I WILL NEVER SAIL WITH THEM AGAIN. So on June of this year 2024 I was supposed to sail from miami florida on to the freedom of the sea. As we all know it was flooded in miami for days. I was supposed to arrive in miami on June 12, sail day June 14th keep that in mind. On the twelfth they canceled my flight due to weather conditions and that it was flooded in miami. I called royal caribbean June 12th to explain to them what is going on. So every time my flight will get rebuilt.It will get canceled because the weather was still bad. I attempted plenty of times to call Royal Caribbean to let them know of my case and situation.They told me there was nothing that they can do for me.I cannot get my money back.I cannot get credits or get a new travel day. Mind you, it was my birthday on June 14th. I wanted to be on this cruise. đ© they just refused to help me out. I lost $1600 for this cruise that I could not get to because of the weather in city they choose to sail out of. With this economy who just wanna lose fifteen hundred dollars for nothing. The list that they can do is put my money it to another sail date. Anyway i'm highly upset and I will never travel...
   Read moreMy class scheduled a cruise to go on last year with Royal Caribbean and we paid the amount needed to hold our cabins. The deposit needed to be paid by February 9 2024. Well here it is January 29 and they released 11 of the 20 cabins we reserved. You would think they would have at least given us until February 9 like they said for everyone to pay their deposit. This is for our 30th Class Reunion. Instead they took those 11 Oceanview cabins and gave them away to 11 other people now we do not have a cruise to go on and our 30th Class Reunion is ruined because they decided to take our 11 Oceanview cabins. Our travel agent has tried everything to get this fixed and everyone she talked to said there is nothing they can do about it and they have the right to give our cabins away if the $500.00 deposit on each cabin is not paid. If that's the case why let us reserve the cabins in the first place. Just say we can't reserve the cabins for anyone in the group unless they all pay their $500.00...

When I contacted your team, I was informed that it would take 10 to 14 business days to process a refund. This is both unreasonable and unacceptable, considering the error originated on your end. I do not believe I should be penalized with a long wait for funds that were mistakenly withdrawn...
