I called them on Feb 26th 2022 to inquire about getting the cracked screen fixed on my S9+ and was told to just bring it in as a walk in and they would take care of it. I had checked some competitors pricing local as well but Cellular World beat the prices noticeably. I dropped my phone off shortly after and it was finished in only one hour ! I felt that was above average service for that part of the visit. I simply walked a couple doors down, had lunch and the phone was ready to be picked up. I found the quality of work to be excellent as well. For all the above mentioned things I would give a full 5 star rating or above if it was a option. The pricing of in store merchandise was very fair as well. The lady at the counter was friendly whenever I was getting my phone processed to be worked on. While I was there I decided to look at other cell phones that was for sale. I asked to see one of the cell phones that was in the display counter because it was like one I had been considering but had not actually seen physically. The lady displayed it in her hands and whenever I reached for it she said "you can't hold it, I have to." I ask her if she was afraid that I would run with it or something?. (Knowing she already had all my information and my phone that is being repaired. ) she said "No, we just have to hold them so nothing happens to them." (As if the very same thing couldn't happen with her holding it.) I ask her if it was very fragile or something being that it was a multi screen phone and she said , No. I told her that I wouldn't want to pay $1100.00 for a phone that I couldn't hold first and was going to explain that I have had surgery on my hand as well as arthritis in it and I need to know how it feels in my hand before deciding to spend that kind of money. All I got out was I wouldn't want to pay that much money for something I couldn't hold first and then she quickly blurted out "That is fine, someone else will." I am a 50 year old retired, disabled combat military Veteran as well as retired law enforcement so I have thick skin and won't hold a grudge but I will say that I felt that was totally unacceptable and unprofessional for her to respond that way. If I could give this place 15 stars, I would. I went to Cellular Accessories to get a new back glass/housing for my Samsung Galaxy S22+.. I called around 10:30 in the morning and made sure they would be able to have my phone done before 4 pm because I had to work.. I get there at 3:30 and it isn't done. By the time they bring my phone out it's 3:55.. I pay ($45) and rush out of the store.. I look at my phone and my heart DROPPED. It was a random matte piece of pink glass and it looked terrible. It was all dirty and smudged. It didnt have the Samsung Logo so it looked like a knock off. I was distraught. I call Cellular World and explain to them what happened and what I needed. They immediately ordered the original Samsung back housing. It gets there a day early, so I take my phone in..I go to pick up my phone and it's PERFECT! Back to it's former glory! It took less than 2 hours and was the ORIGINAL backing. It's so beautiful. I couldn't be more happy! The customer service was AMAZING! Do NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ELECTRONICS TO CELLULAR ACCESSORIES...

TLDR; GOT MY PHONE REPAIRED BY THIS PLACE AND RECEIVED A FAULTY REPAIR TWICE, IF YOU HAVE A NEWER PHONE YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Came in February of 2025 to get my s23 screen replaced, instead of just replacing the screen they took the internals from my phone and put them into another faulty phone where the power and volume buttons were jammed. The next day after falling less than 3 ft the screen was shattered again this time the crack originated from where the buttons were jammed took it back to claim warranty only to find out that warranty did not cover breakage and told The jammed buttons didn't contribute to the breakage so I had to pay to get it repaired again. Again when I received my repaired phone, I had the exact same issues where the buttons were jammed and this time my fingerprint reader did not work.
