Inexpensive tools can be good. I am very picky about what I buy. Durable tools, like hammers, crowbars, and other hand tools are usually a safe bet.
I have not had problems with torque wrenches or socket sets, I have not used their ratchets yet. I am wary of electric and gasoline driven tools, I use other brands from long established companies that are highly rated.
I have had problems with the air tools, mostly finish mailers and staplers. The internal seals are made from plastic and blow out on me before I think they should.
Screwdrivers, iron/steel/wood clamps have been good. The plastic speed clamps (from any vendor) are not worth my trouble, they never last long.
However, my cat loves to shop there, so many things to smell, so many hide holes to explore.

I browsed the entire store, and no one asked if I needed help or even spoke to me. To be fair, it was two days before Christmas and they were fairly busy. I found 2 different heaters, decided to get both (one for home, one for my business). I can tell you this, I am so thankful to have that little heater during that ridiculously cold weather last week!! It was only $39 and it was worth every penny!
